Torrent links not working

When trying to download any torrents off the site I get an error in my browser stating 

This site can't provide a secure connection

bt.ocremix.org sent an invalid response

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I asked our admin djpretzel and he couldn't reproduce the error: "likely to be specific to their network or browser"

Is there any more information you can provide on what torrent client you're trying to use and/or any network info?

At about the same time (roughly a day since time of writing) I also noticed an issue specific to OC Remix torrents. For KTorrent, bt.ocremix.org/announce results in HTTP 404. Going to the same address in a browser also results in HTTP 404. Other torrents and tracker URLs appear to be fine.

However, when trying in qBittorrent, OC Remix torrents appear to be okay. Is there something unusual being done server-side? Was there a change done recently?

It seems like it was a problem with the Chrome browser.  I tried using Firefox and the .torrent file downloaded fine.
