Jabadoterry
I recently bought a 66cm NEC LCD HDTV, and it's a pretty sweet TV, supports up to 1080i, which pretty sweet with my Xbox 360 connected to it, as I also have the component cable for my Wii, I thought, why not? it works pretty well, but... for some reason, mega drive, super Nintendo and NES games wont show up on my LCD TV? my TV just displays a little display saying unsupported mode, but all N64 virtual console games work, Wii games and Gamecube games work fine, but I don't understand why they wont work at all? it says supported modes are: 480i, 576i, 480p, 576p, 720p, and of course 1080i, any idea why they wont display? all modes that are under Wii settings are compatible with my TV, 50Hz = 576i, 60Hz = 480i and 480p which is the EDTV/HDTV setting, yet all mega drive, Super Nintendo and NES games do not show up? any idea? as normal av input looks shocking
KWarp
In the Wii system settings did you change Wii's display to 480p? That's all I can think of.

Yeah, I did, but that didn't work either so I have no idea what to do as I tried each setting, and neither of them do any difference
