TheGuitarHero Posted December 27, 2007 Posted December 27, 2007 how do I change the tempo of an audio file in cubase sx3 Quote
Sixto Posted December 29, 2007 Posted December 29, 2007 Ctrl+T is the shortcut that brings up the tempo track. Or, if you're going to have a straight tempo with no changes, hit F2 to bring up the transport panel and click on Tempo to switch from Track to Fixed. Then just set to your tempo. Quote
TheGuitarHero Posted December 30, 2007 Author Posted December 30, 2007 oh sorry, I didnt explain it well... what I meant was changing the speed of an audio file without changing its pitch... Im really new to cubase so Im still trying to figure a lot out. Quote
Yoozer Posted December 30, 2007 Posted December 30, 2007 Then read the manual. (the word you're looking for is timestretching and next time you have a question it's recommended that you at least show a bit more effort, and what you've already tried). Quote
