    I'd say it's a pretty big deal. All of Nintendo's consoles and most of their handhelds have been region-locked up to this point.

    It crashed so many times that  I got penalized for quitting and had to use my white circlet to get back on. You only get 1. So my time with the game might be limited. Makes me wish I got it physical so I could sell it if I do get locked out

    According to this, you can go and grab another one every 12 hours of character time. If the finger is making you crash, I would suggest you stop using it until they fix it.

    I don't think you can. It's possible to explore each of their quest lines to a certain degree and not have anyone go hostile, but if you want to finish the main story you have to pick one.

    Leather is so rare though. You can't just find it in the ground like the other minerals. It doesn't have a really high drop rate. How many do you need for the leather armor?

    33 leather for the whole set. Also, you can dual wield hunting knives, so...go have fun. :3

    I found more Iron than I can handle -_-

    Mined down to a flesh pocket on a level 8 planet. Found a lot of minerals, but I'm looking for Silver so I can make the silver armor. It is stronger than the avian armor (loinclothes and shit)

    Someone said the leather armor is better though, which makes no sense to me. That can't be the case, can it? The silver armor has 10 armor per piece. It's already stopped me from being an insta-kill just by having 2 pieces, they do about 20 damage to me now on the level 8 planet.

    The defense on leather armor is currently 13, which seems to be a bit too high. It'll probably end up getting lowered some in a future patch.

    of course not. i could choose to play a more difficult route. but saying that the entire game is more difficult than another when there is such an easily game-breaking strategy doesn't make a ton of sense.

    She didn't really specify which version of Tactics Ogre she was referring to, though. The PSP port isn't so bad, but the one on PS1 was pretty damn harsh.

    see, i thought tactics ogre was broke as shit. archers are so stupidly overpowered that you can get a few tanks with the ability to prevent passage in front and just load up with mages and archers behind. you cremate everything.

    Sure, but there's nothing forcing you to play like that.

    Dodging doesn't work so well to avoid damage and there's no blocking.

    1.) Dodging is all about timing. Think Guild Wars 2, except you have to be a little more precise.

    2.) Blocking is a Warrior thing. I don't know about Berserkers, but Guardians are able to block. If you use a 2H weapon, the block meter depletes faster.

    I usually just watch LP'ers I already know, and usually only games I've already played (or ones I never had a chance to play but wanted to). The commentator is important because if they're not funny or informative, then there really is no "point".

    This. In my case, I don't watch LPs of games I've already beaten, are currently playing, or have an interest in but haven't gotten around to playing just yet. I tend to only watch an LP series if I have some interest in the game, but not enough to want to play through it myself.
