The overall orchestration is good. But it doesn't really add much to the original. Not that that's a bad thing.

I liked it. Other than the muddy vocals, I think it was pretty good. I have to admit though, in my opinion, it does get a little repetitive after 4:02. Maybe you could raising the chorus up a key or something at that point? Maybe just to give it some variance. Or maybe even add a violin or something soloing under the chorus? I'm just putting out some ideas. Overall though I liked it.
