They are tied to a particular DS, so if you stick your DP into another DS, you'll wind up with a different friend code. There is a way to transfer a friend code from one DS to another, though.

This one's definitely a keeper. Although might I suggest you shorten the title to "Still More Sexy"? It's got a little more charm\panache\flair to it, and it rolls off the tongue easier.

Oh, wow. Where can I find the lyrics to this? I pretty much expect to find myself singing along to this in the dorm lounge, with bewildered and amused people wondering who the funny singing man is, and why he's disturbed their slumber at 3:00 in the morning.
I've been wondering when a song like this would eventually hit OCR. Glad to see Baranowsky delivered!

This is the mix he's talking about.
As for the inverse instrumental trick he's talking about... I can't remember offhand, but it has something to do with the vocals being in the very center of the track while the instruments are panned off the the left and right. Filter out the left and right, and you're left with the vocals in the center (or vice versa). You should ask about this in ReMixing.

Nah, I wouldn't want to do that. Just reviewing some old stuff that hadn't been commented on in a while. Page 29 of ReViews is a lonely place.
Well, if you bump some of the residents of Page 29 up to Page 1, then some others will be knocked down to Page 29, then you'll want to review those, and then more well get bumped down... well, if you time it well enough, you're going to end up reviewing every single mix anyway.

Haha, I just listened to the meetup portion of the show, and I love the huge discrepancy in how my voice sounds immediately after the show and when I got home. It's like I hit puberty somewhere in between!

Oh hey, thanks for the pimpage on the show guys! I was a little irked because the last time we held a Phoenix meetup (with a Jenova Project show, no less), you guys totally forgot about us! I remember there was somebody who submitted a song here, and in the judges' decision thread he mentioned that this was actually a MIDI rip of one of his own songs, and he wanted to report it... any word as to the result of the investigation?

Man, I had the opportunity to compliment house on this in person a little over a month ago and I totally forgot about it.
So I'd just like to say that this is the song I've been using, for at least three months, as the alarm on my alarm clock in the morning. That opening disembodied scream is perfect for getting me out of bed.

Eh, Prophet, go easy on the guy. There's an awful lot of the thread to search. Besides, I think this is more of a place just to post your questions just so they don't clutter up the rest of the ReMixing forum, rather than a "all the answers are in here, somewhere" thread. I think things would be rather inconvenient if it were the latter.

Gee, I figured that's how you did it and it never seemed to work for me. Then this time I actually pushed down the play button while recording and then I got some very desirable results. Thanks!

Is there a convenient way to possibly record directly from the (typing) keyboard in FL, just for recording the timings? It seems like it would be a helluva useful feature to have for implementing timing, and with the play-notes-from-the-keyboard feature already in place it only seems natural.
