Gah, signing in again, after a LONG time. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, but school was kicking my ass ( as Avaris would put it). I still have my Sephiroth WIP lying around, but I think I MIGHT have taken a bit of a too ambitious path with it, so I'll have to start working on it soon again ( That is, if no-one else has applied to mix the song during my absence)

there, thats sums up popular music.
i live it in the uk so things might b a little different, but over here they play the sames 10 songs over and over and over and over again on the radio. untill i know every single god dammed word to theese songs that i dont even like.
it gets to the point where i end up hating the artists.
im a dj and for over 15 ive been into dance music. mainly hardcore, happy hardcore, trance, house, jungle ,drum n bass,rave etc. every now and then some twat will re release a song into the charts after remixing buggering about and pissing all over a really class track and ruining it completly.
We are not talking about pop radio. We are talking about pop music.
And happy hardcore is way worse than pop could ever be. THAT all sounds the same.

Not for this project, sadly. Almost finished my Crescendo To Chaos mix (Well, my part of it anyway), and when my Philosophy exam is over (Monday), I'll get cracking on main Theme. I've done quite a bit already, there's some nice drum fills, but I've made the main melody part really hard for myself just now.
As for the Ending Demo, I've wrote some lyrics. Yeah, you heard me. This is gonna be one hell of a mix for a source that was only about a minute and a half long.

Alien Hominid
This is fun as hell. But you can play it for free on the internet. But It's still fun as hell. I'm gonna go for No for this one. I found it fun. Not everyone will. It's very simplistic. I think you should try it out, and if it appeals to you, buy it.
Grand Theft Auto III
Nah. Vice City and San Andreas were far superior, camera was annoying as hell, even Body Harvest was better.
Daytona USA
This is great to play when you're drunk. It's a simple racer with some awesome/weird cars to unlock. Some of the conditions for unlocking these cars are pretty cool, for one of them, you have to complete the race in reverse. You get a last place standing, but you unlock the car.
I preffered the tracks on the Saturn Daytona games, but apart from that this is better than its predecessors. The only thing dated about this are the graphics, the racing is awesome as hell. Yes.

Powerstone 2
This game is sooooo much fun. Unlocking everything is kind of a pain, but It's worth it. The weapons are brilliant. The characters, although there are some you will never choose, are brilliant. Whether Co-Op or verses, the gameplay is brilliant. The whole every-man-for-himself mentality is what makes this game. Even in Co-Op, the most fun you can have is by being a greedy, malicious bastard. And then, when you get 3 powerstones, you're unstoppable. It's like, BANG MOTHERFUCKER! Yes.
Doom 3
I don't like the dark. And that's all you ever see in this game. Maybe I'd be able to give a better comment on this if I could SEE WHAT I WAS DOING. My friend love this game. They brag about their awesome skills. Which makes me hate it even more. And the story is fucked up. No.

A few questions and suggestions.When a remixer wants to remix a song thats taken,why not have the two duel over it.This way if one of them drops the song or the remixer gets dropped,you still have another remixer working on the same song?
Also,has anyone considderred doing a rock style remix of the sonic one boss theme,sinse all the sonic 3 boss themes were remixed in rock already(except for the 1st act s&k boss theme)?
1) 2 Remixers haven't wanted to take the same song yet
2) I would love some sonic 1 boss theme action, but thats up to pocketman. Final Boss Battle was easily the best song in the Sonic 1 for me.

Nah. It's good, but not that good.

Confusing as fuck at sometimes, it can be easy to get stuck or lost. But the sense of atmosphere is terrific, and it's one of the few games I actually cared about a character, I actually wanted to save Yorda. So yes.
Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance
I can't understand why people like this game. Boring. Drab. Repetitive. Not my kind of game at all. No.

Oops. But yeah, that's a Europe release. The US PS2 got GGX2, with the US XBox getting GGX2#Reload.
I have this release.
And it is unbelievably more awesome than X2. Hahaha.

A torrent of the original CD does not exist anywhere on the internet, hence my question.
I'm not well versed in the import shops, but the ones that I looked at had the thing going for close to $40. I like Melty Blood, but I'm not sure that I'm willing to shell out 40 bucks for it.
If you do find a reasonably priced copy, I've got paypal, but would be willing to try a different form of payment on your suggestion.

Love this game. Atmospheric. A lot to do. A whole list of reasons to say Yes, but I can't be bothered to list them all.
F-Zero GX
F-Zero X exists. This isn't any better than F-Zero X, except in terms of graphics. So no.
Advance Wars: Dual Strike
Hell yes. Funnest Tactical RPG out there. Not the best, but the most instantly-fun.
Ecco the Dolphin: Defender of the Future
Hard. Really unnecessarily hard. But still great. The atmosphere, the sheer exploration, I never got very far, but I still say yes.
Silent Hill 2
CBest Silent Hill game. By a mile. And Silent Hill 3 is still awesome, so yes.
Xenosaga Blah Blah Blah....
Ugh. No. Terrible. Soundtrack was good, rest was really horrible. No.

Capcom vs. SNK
A pretty damn decent fighter. Although Mark Of The Millennium was tons better, so I say no and play Mark Of The Millennium instead.
Project Justice
Yes! This game is all sorts of awesome. The storyline is confusing but still great, fighting system is awesome, and the characters are awesome as well.
Disgaea: Hour of Darkness
Nice tactical RPG. A little sinister, but fun as hell. Can be as simple or as deep as you make it. Yes.
Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec
No. GT4 was far, far superior.
Beyond Good and Evil
Very, very fulfilling game. Brilliant story. Classic. Yes.
Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
No. Boring as hell.
Mario Power Tennis
I love me some Nintendo Power Tennis. Great game to play with friends, so yes.
Metroid Prime: Hunters
No. I found the controls irritating. Good for a handheld multi-player FPS, Meh for a metroid game, definitely not a must-have.

Crazy Taxi
I love going around San Fransisco taring shit up in a massive yellow cab. Hell YES.
Elemental Gimmick Gear
This is one of the most unique and strange RPG's I have ever played. Story was pretty messed up from what I could understand, but it was fresh and unique. So yes.
Guitar Hero
Makes me think I don't have stupid fingers and is as close to I will ever get to being able to play for real. Yes.
Twisted Metal: Black
A pretty average vehicle shooter. No.
Conker: Live and Reloaded
EDIT - Oh wait, this was the shit version with all the swearing taken out... No.
Marvel vs. Capcom 2
Perfect fighting game for n00bs, and brings back some awesome memories. Some character were cheap as hell, and the Boss was full of shit, but I still say Yes regardless.
Metroid Prime
No. I really disliked this for some reason... It just feels really repetitive. It's been a while since I've played it, but I remember really hating it at the time.
Skies of Arcadia Legends
Fuck yeah. The greatest RPG the dreamcast had to offer, packed with a hell of a lot of extras. Easy to get lost, Dungeons were annoying as hell, but still a great game. From the bottom of my heart, yes.

Putting import games on a "must-have" list is kinda iffy, especially considering the means by which they are usually "obtained"...
Through my local Import Dealer! I don't know what you're talking about....
(I actually used an Import Dealer to get a few rare Saturn titles back in the late 90's....)
