I'm currently working a DVD project for Chrono Compendium that will cover their video playthrough of Crimson Echoes. I'm, asking permission to use some of the Chrono Symphonic music for menu background music and the like. Would that be alright?

I agree, I think there should be a drum breakdown after the skull kid laugh. Also, the second verse is very distorted, was it meant to be. It just seems over muddy. Also, I'm not sure how hard it would be, but after you say "play along, have the flute play, then mimic with a synth rather than the flute again. Just a suggestion. I dig the music though. Very good transition.

I didn't notice any scratching either. I think the strings are at just the right level, but that goes to personal preference. I find myself listening to it over and over. I wonder how it would sound if the hook was done with female vocals and a little less effects on it. I'm not usually a big fan of the shutter effect, however with this song I feel it fits rather nicely.

I think the vocals are well done. Will the final piece be longer, if not, I think you should add another verse or extend what you have. I can't wait to hear the female vocal part.
