Dyne Where's our track?
I'll e-mail you again to be sure!

Good work on the site
It might be me, but Volume 2 & 3 are still mixed up here.
Either way, good job, can't wait till christmas!

Second, whenever I put in headphones I will not be able to use ASIO drivers to get audio out of the headphones (it will bypass them and go straight to the usb soundcard) BUT if I select another directsound device, I will get the typical shitty 'primary sound' out of the headphones.
Is that headphones, or headset?
ASIO doesn't like my headset's microphone (I have a Logitech USB headset) but when I disable the mic in Asio, the speakers work just fine.
Hope this helps

Me too has something in the works.

Sounds awesome!
This got me psyched to try n add more stuff to it (especially past 3:08). I'll give you a PM, let me know if you are interested

Final Version
Hey OCR!
A friend of mine has helped me to get the hang of a few tricks and what's better than testing it with a brandnew Remix?
This time I've used two sources, from Final Fantasy XI Online and Donkey Kong Country 2.
FFXI Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=homnNc0HL-s
DKC2 Source:
Remixed into an uplifting Trancy mix, I present you a WIP of "Memoro de la Miño".
Remix link here: http://tindeck.com/listen/pmfc
I'm still trying to get some mastering done, but don't expect too much of it since I really suck at it. So yeah, constructive feedback is VERY welcome!
Enjoy!
-
Glad to see this again, OCC is always great stuff
-
Thanks for the idea's. I named it Brambled Horizon
Final here:
Stopped working on it. It's not mastered because I suck Hope some will enjoy anyway!
-
Thanks for the feedback.
I've worked some more on it. The mastering and equalizing are really bad but figured I'd share it anyway
Link here: http://tindeck.com/listen/dvll
Also, need a name for it! Critics and ideas are welcome as usual
-
Damn, let the rave begin. Sounds awesome except for the lack of lower register. Have you thought of adding a little bass? Some ka-thump would be nice.
Otherwise, well done
Thanks, will keep it in mind!
I'm planning on finishing it next week as I got some free days
-
Heya OCRemix!
I'd like to share a project I've worked on a couple of hours this week. It's a Dreamy Dance/Trancy Remix of Donkey Kong Country 2's Stickerbrush Symphony.

(Old) WIP v16 here:http://tindeck.com/listen/dvll

Dunno what else to add.. Ran out of ideas for today so feel free to fill me in Comments are welcome anyway!

I'm not saying this guy's track is bad but the quality of this track is not nearly as good as bLiNd's JENOVA mix. Both by production and the filling of the sonic space.
This.
I know judges don't care about genre and White Skies by bLiNd is one of the best tracks on this site imo. But this wouldn't pass the judges ^^
Then again, wasn't aiming for that!
Btw, nice prelude remix Thought your nick sounded familiar
-
Thanks for the kind words Glad you liked it.
*must've been the different headphones though* ^^

&Hey OCRemix!
After 7 months of being busy with life (bad excuse), I've had a go at an awesome track from FF7.
Initially I used the "Holding my thoughts in my heart" theme source, but in the end the FF7 Main Theme got in it aswell, since they don't differ as much and I needed more length.
The Remix I created won't even get close to awesome, but nevertheless I hope people may enjoy it.
It's far off from OCR material, more oldskool VGMix-ish like, keep that in mind.
Anyway, if you like or dislike (parts of) my track, don't hesitate and comment below.
Critics are welcome, so I can improve in the near future
Happy listening!

Mine was an arrangement of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mOf4uNwvC6c

Nice tracks, as usual
Good job on the album art too, TheCoop!
EDIT:
Holy....
I love Rozovian's Snowbox, awesome take on DKC2's Ice Theme
-
PM'ed a 192kbps version just in case...
-
Dyne, I've sent my song in both .wav and .mp3 to both your PM Inbox and Gmail.
Please give me a sign of life x)
I'm not sure if it comes through if, for instance, you inbox is full.
-
Not sure if I'll finish in time, but I might have a Remix of "African Beat" by Bert Kaempfert.
Don't expect OCR quality, the more the merrier right?
-
I have to agree with Rozovian that the buildup here is on the weak side. You've got a lot of source material left to use (or, if you used it already, in a bigger, more grand way) to make sure this tracks springs out. It IS quite nice, though!
Just wondering: at which rollercoaster park do you work? Walibi?
Efteling
-
Alright, thanks for the critics
I did use the source you are talking about, but not majorly (as in: I used it more for background parts, you might have missed that on laptop speakers).
Understand what you're saying, I'll try to improve it.
-
You think it could be considered 'finished'?
I'm trying to add/change stuff but I kinda got stuck.. Like, you only make the music worse, not better..
