  1. This was a practice of my beat making skills. It started out just as a drum arrangement. I just couldn't leave like that though. It needed a tune. Yet, I am still thinking of making the drums a creative commons asset. Please listen and tell me what you think. https://soundcloud.com/soulcinema-raadude/warriors-drums
  2. Taking a look back, I made music for points in my life... Places I wound up mentally. So, this was my desire to see the cosmos. Every blink of light and every violent storm is a more welcome home than Earth would have ever been. I'd sail a lonely path in exchange for never-ending discovery.
  3. This is a track dedicated to expanding my horizons. It helps to have a repertoire. A large mental library of do's and don'ts. Please enjoy this. Tell me what I could better. https://soundcloud.com/soulcinema-raadude/insane-flight-patterns-of-the-touched-mind
  4. This track was just my hand at creating and 80's era song. It was very popular on Bandlab, yet seemed to rate low everywhere else. Guess it really is about location.
  5. Sharing one of my Original Tracks I made during my absence. I hope to get back on the ball with my Film, Game, and Music creations. So, in good faith, check out this track and please tell me what you think.
  6. I thought about that too, Thought I am a little worried that I am trying to fit to many periods laid out in the Hyrule Historia. I was thinking of sticking to the adult link timeline but now that a another has brought up the sanctuary theme, I might got into a different direction. I just might do a video sharing my new thoughts with the community. Everyone please keep sharing you ideas. @BlackRazgriz Thanks for the input!
  7. https://soundcloud.com/soulcinema-raadude/legend-of-zelda-oot-temple-of-time Alright, I am starting a new mix that I would like some thoughts on. I would also like some help in its creation as I have a current grudge against my current software. It is just not as great as I want it to be. As I am looking for a new job, I have time now to work on this. Here is the concept. The Temple of Time. It is the majestic and sacred center of Hyrule where the Master Sword calls sanctuary. Through the ages, it has always protected its most holy treasures, the sages, the heroes' incarnations and even the royal family. Even in later times, the crumbled walls still emit a a protective aura which can never be vanquished. Inside those downed stone walls lies the Sacred Grove where the forgotten Song of Time falls from the lips of the lost dead sages. They still sing to remind the gods of their promise to the kingdom that they would continue to give hope for the future of Hyrule. So, this track. If you havent listened to the link, then now is the time. I want a temple choir feel to this track. Now, I would like to add more songs that I feel are connected to the temple such as the Prelude of light, Wind Waker's Earth and Wind sages. Twilight Princesses' the Sacred Grove and Temple of time. Skyward Sword's The Ballad of The Goddess, the Sealed Grounds, Sealed Temple, Goddess Sword, Sky Keep. So, Let me know what we ca do with this. Thats right... WE. You can help! In what direction should this mix go? Should I add some songs or drop any? Lend me you insight and message me if you want to collab. I warn you though. I am treating this like a real production. If we don't have the same vision for the project, you won't be on the project. I will be vigillant and kinda hard. you may have to submit examples of your work. Thanks in advance!
  8. https://soundcloud.com/soulcinema-raadude/legend-of-zelda_majoras-mask_stone-tower-days-as-told-by-ben So, It has been 3 months since I have submitted this remix to OCRemix and as I promised, here is a link to the mix. This mix I made long ago for the 25 anniversary of Legend of Zelda. I have been updating it and getting it ready to post to the site. Now that I had the tech to fix some things. If you haven't noticed there are two influences behind this idea. First was the Majora's Mask 's Stone Towers. Majora's Mask was already a spooky game. Just about every area you went to had a dead guy waiting for you. They helped you out in some way though. So somehow we all got used to the idea that getting possessed by a plant, rock or fish was okay. The Ikana Canyon was different though. Everything dead was waiting for you to join their ranks and if there was any help, it took a lot of convincing. With a sword and ocarina. So I was listening to this track a lot as I climbed this tower in my youth and its ambiance of the tortured undead. It was unsettling, but very enjoyable. I lived for that unnerving place. As luck would have it, In later years, I would be frightened by my next influence. It was already creepy without really being haunted, but Creepy Pasta would not take it as is. I was introduced to the site and was infatuated with tales of Slenderman and the like. Then I read a story titled BEN. It was wondefully scary me that a game could be haunted and could mess with you in real life, especially my Zelda. I do realize it was the Song of Healing the was played backwards on the story page if you caught that. There may be a 2.0 released in later days that will showcase a reverse SOH. Please enjoy!
  9. Hello, SoulCinema here. I'm actually not new to the site. I actually signed up before I entered college. It is my first time posting to the site thought. So, It seems only fair that I now introduce myself after this long journey in the shadows. The sound I will bring to the table will be as my name suggests, Cinematic, As I am taught in the ways of film. I am trained in the visual part mostly. A am a DOP and director. There is one film I have out which is my last school film. Go Ahead! Ask me for a link sometime. Now I dive into the music half of film-making. I hope that one day, when I call upon the community to aid me with a cinematic sonnet, I will have the most unflinching band of composers at my side, loyal and true. Yes, I have big plans and its very important to have like-mind individuals in a production. They can only be found here at OCRemix. I have one mix already submitted and a couple of others I am currently working on. I am also wanting to collab on a mix very soon. So consider this not only an introduction, But a call as well. I will soon be posting the submission to the forums for public ears. I would like OCRemix for the great mixes I have hear over the years. I haven't jammed so hard to anything else. I found you in 2009 you know. Anyways, I am here to stay and delight others days as all the mixer have done for me over the years. Hope to work with everyone soon!
