I remember in January Opera said the browser was finished and was just waiting for Nintendo to throw it up on the shop channel. So which is it?
April now
English version of the article JoeFu posted here
Also, are we getting TMNT for the Virtual Console tomorrow in honor of the movie?

North American Virtual Console releases today:
Excitebike (NES)
Beyond Oasis (Genesis)
Splatterhouse (T-16)

You know, I'm certainly not finding any fun in the Wii version of Twlight Princess. Mostly because I already played it on the GC and you don't have to do all those wacky motions just to get things done... that and the Wii's verison is flipped, screwing me up completely.
I dunno, this just might be enough for me to trade my Wii and two games in for a 360.
Twilight Princess, while a good game, is an awful example of a Wii game.

Sorry, I meant videos with audio, which I suppose is a different thing than what was asked here.

What about capturing a program? Am I stuck with Fraps? It's not free and I'd rather not 'acquire' it. The only open source equivalent I've seen is Taksi, and it's not fully featured yet.

North America VC Releases today:
Tecmo Bowl (NES)
Sonic Spinball (Genesis)
Double Dungeons (TurboGrafx-16)

So a new Wario platform game, Wario: Master of Disguise was released LAST WEEK? Boy that one came out under the radar.
-
As of now I'd much rather have a 360. Plan on getting one once I'm back in the states.
Why when you're back here, are they sold out in Japan?

Miyamoto's Keynote:
...
Well that was a whole lotta nothin'
Yes I know the whole imminent stock thing to prevent them from releasing anything big. If that's the case, why even have Miyamoto show up in the first place? Was he scheduled to talk about a bunch of new things, and then this stock news came in and Nintendo's like "oh well, just rehash the same speech you gave last time".

This should work. It's normally used when the program isn't actually still installed, but still listed, I'm not sure how it would work in your friend's case.
If that doesn't work you could try something like ICQ2Go which is Java based and requires no installation.
You could also try a multi-chat client that is also portable (runs off a thumb drive) such as Miranda Portable or Gaim Portable

What the crap is this (click on the book)

I find The Wikipedia Article to be a much faster way to see what got added.
Elevator Action though? That wasn't even on the upcoming list for the longest time and then suddenly appears and gets released. Castlevania? Metroid? Punch-Out!!? No, let's release a NES game that actually predates the system.

New characters announced in SSBB.
I guess Old News is the only news we can get about SSBBBy Dan Dormer, 06/07/2006 -
EBGames has it for November 1st, which I'm sure is just some generic "way in the future" sort of date.
While looking for EBGames' date I found Manhunt 2 for Wii

Driving to visit my friend last week, I saw the barren trees on the side of the road. I wanted to paint a circle around them.
On a more intentional note, when I'm debating something with someone, and I turn out to be right due to some small detail, I say in the Mortal Kombat announcer's voice, "I Win, Technicality"

"Would you prefer it if all downloaded Virtual Console games were organized within a single channel on the main menu?"
Funny thing is, one of the original concepts had it laid out that way, but they figured it was an extra menu to have to go through.
I think a Tivo-esque channel would be awesome. And you'd be able to record one half hour show*
*given the stock 512MB memory, not counting SD cards or possible external HDDs

No idea what it is, but I just downloaded the Everybody Votes channel.
Well that was a bizarre few minutes.
I submitted a poll "Would you download Tetris Attack if available for the Virtual Console?"
-
I tell you what EasyP... Steven Seagal looks alot like that Dan in your sig lol. Oh yeah and apparently, the voice of Colonel Campbell (dunno his name), has done voice acting for Cow & Chicken... well I thought it was hilarious....lol.
So THAT'S why Grandpa Max sounds so familiar in Ben 10.

Ice Climber, Kid Icarus and Kirby's Adventure on the VC
Now let's all download Kid Icarus so Nintendo knows to make a sequel.

It would explain a lot.
Still doesn't explain how she just disappears when reviving Midna.

The reason why Macs have trouble with games is b/c they lack the drivers Windows has. I'm hoping this is fixed in Leopard, but I doubt it. They really have no excuse with the Intel processors now, do they.
I'm pretty sure it's because writing any sort of program for OS X is different than Windows ( I didn't say easier/harder, just different). Most companies don't feel Mac has enough of the market to warrant having to spend the time/money and have their development teams make software for it.
Personally I'd love to see more games for Mac, I have one too. it seems to be the one thing stopping a lot of people from switching, but unfortunately it presents a catch 22.
Also, I'm pretty sure I've seen boot camp do an early build a Vista.

http://www.pcpro.co.uk/news/103453/vista-drm-cracked.html
Just in, the DRM has been cracked but the exploit has not been released to the public yet. Probably the first in a series of exploits in the years to come. I find it amusing but only because I have a Mac. Microsoft should be pissed
If anyone should be pissed it would be the movie houses that wanted DRM/HDCP in the first place. The sort of thing that will be in your beloved OS X.
-
Vista is an OSX knockoff with extra DRM...I will probably upgrade to Leopard when the final release comes available.
Right, because I'm sure Leopard won't have DRM/HDCP

It would appear that Romance of the Three Kingdoms IV: Wall of Fire (SNES), is the ONLY Virtual Console release today.
