  1. I'm basically looking for some feedback on my latest track, both the composition and feeling as well as the mixing and technical stuff. Click here to listen!
  2. Hi there, recently I've been playing around with some unusual combinations like accordion in a techno-ish beat, represented in this song. It turned out quite awesome to me at least, what about you? Any feedback is welcome ~ Click here to listen!
  3. I'm working on it as we speak, and I do agree that with staccato turns out better. Yes I do use Kontakt btw. Thanks alot! Glad to hear that you like the percussion and I will definitly sew the mentioned rhythm back into the song later on. For cinematic percussion I mostly use Damage or Evolve, both found at Native Instruments.
  4. Thanks for replying. What do you think could be done to improve the strings from horrible to great?
  5. Click here to listen! I'm around halfways in a remix of my favorite soundtrack from the legend of Zelda series. I just felt like posting it here to get some feedback and suggestions before I finish it. I know it's a very creative title I've given the song, it will be changed . I also have wonder: - What genre would you put this song under?
  6. Okay, that was totally badass, I loved it! I honestly can't find anything about it that isn't perfect, so continue like you're doing!
  7. Wow, neat find! Thanks for feedback, I lack experience in mixing and stuff, but I'm trying to slowly get humanizing habits. The challenge is to hold the rythm and humanize at the same time, but it'll come I hope. So again thanks, guys like you are the reason I develop my music.
  8. After being half deaf in 2 weeks I got my hearing back and I'm back in business, so I made this track with a lonely flute in a minute or so, and then it explodes in wardrums and action, give it a listen!
  9. is my latest composition, inspired by some old works of mine and some epic medieval media (LotR, GoT etc.). Not much more to say than give it a listen And leave me some feedback if you got it.
  10. I'm not sure if anime remixes are allowed in here, so please move me if not. Well, I just bought Evolve Mutations 2 from Native Instrumentsa and what can I say? It's amazing, so after som exprimentingi loaded a year old project file with a crappy remix of "sadness and sorrow" from Naruto, I worked seven hours straight to make it sound better. It did sound really good imo, like some kind of relaxed techno remix with some really powerful cinematic drums, so give it a listen (and a like if you want ) :
  11. Well, I grew up with Runescape, and then one day this month I heard the original theme song, and I felt the goosebumps. After this blast of nostalgy I decided to remix it, and after a while I came up with a finished product. I impressed myself, but do I impress you? Please feel free to leave some feedback, and I do not say no thanks to likes on Youtube.
  12. I'll not categorize myself as professional, nor amateur but more a late stage of beginner. This song is a big step for me and a small step for mankind as I feel my works get more living every time, and thing such as composition and quality has improved greatly since my last piece. The theme for the song is for me, hard to tell, but I get this epic feeling when I listen to it so I know I'm at least doing something right. But enough blabbering, feel free to listen, comment, share and like my piece: Edit: Wrote 'ass' instead of 'as', my bad Greeting from the north. - Nachoswolf
  13. Awesome! It's both Epic and catchy, so well done. I like how you included these.. uhm, ice/sparkling/smithing sounds into the beat (can't actually describe them xD).
  14. Neat stuff! btw would you recommend any downloads from warbeats? Ocre mix = nice one
  15. You got some really good stuff, dude! It's really inspiring to see others success with FL, make me wanna use it even more!
  16. Thank you, and shooting people down is not too bad in this situation, I mean, I want to get better and better, and then I have to know what I'm doing wrong so I can eliminate it. Btw when you say so, I'm actually struggling with defining the genre of this song, anyone got any idea? Could you please give me a link to your stuff? I would really like to listen to it.
  17. At least I'm doing something right, haha thank you alot for your feedback, I think I see what you mean, so I'll polish the song for a later album of remixes.
  18. Well, I decided to remix my favorite song from the Zelda series. It's made using FLStudio 10 Producer Edition, and I used a keyboard to jam my way to a remix I'm pretty much proud of. So please feel free to listen: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gV7_QsLwbIw (crappy quality, if you want to listen to the original .mp3 I can email it to you) Please tell me what you think, youtube comments or here, doesn't matter. And last but not least my apologies for poor English. - Nachoswolf
  19. Listen Here! Well, I got plenty of feedback on my first composition, so I came up with a second one. This time I added a more emotional touch, which appears both in the image, title and melody. But I also felt like adding something more catchy so it wouldnt sound like a pure love-film soundtrack. In fact it's not more to say, so please listen and post some feedback!
  20. Thank you Sole! I'm downloading the orchestral template now. I have great plans for 2012, about FruityLooping, so you guys can expect a second composition soon.
  21. Thank you! you left a comment including a little more than "nice!" or "pretty good", I love long and serious commments! I'm now working on my second song, and that song is more techno based, but with some orchestral elements as well. The overall structure you wrote about, I promise I'll make it more floating, and of course lower the hi-hat. By the way, about jamming on the piano, that was actually the birth of 'Tellus', and will be my main method when making the actual melodies. Thank you for alot of motivation, and my deepest apologize for bad english.
  22. Listen to it Here! Well, it's not much to say except that I'm proud of my first composition, and I really want some constructive feedback, so please listen.
