Yes, that's the one. All requests in that thread are allowed, except for those which are created after the start of this round (to avoid that people are gonna post requests and remix those to enter). The sources on the list are examples, WereTech requested Dracula Castle Cathedral / Meeting Dracula - Castlevania Legends in january 2019 so that's a possible source for this round. Of course, remixing one source is enough, there won't be a bonus for mixing more sources. It's also allowed to look further back and remix a source which has been requested in the Request Thread years ago.

This is the last round of this season. Next round, the start of the next season will be a special (anniversary) round. Don't know the source so I don't know which one is correct.

At the moment, HoboKa, Dex, TheVideoGamer, PlanarianHugger and Silverpool64 voted. Didn't check if the votes are correct. I will vote tomorrow (if time lets me, I also wasn't able to start the voting at a normal way and also PRC402 started later as planned), I don't want to have my vote influenced by comments from the others that's why I didn't check the votes but I assume that if they are in the system, they are correct.

This idea sounds a lot like the Freshly Baked Remixer Challenge. Users could make a request, remixers could sign up. After a date, each remixer was matched to a request. That was not a contest, there was no voting. The last round is here: http://compo.thasauce.net/rounds/view/FBRC2011

Don't know yet. Probably when something will happen, it will not be next round but the round after that to kick of the next season. In combination with that, the MnP100 thing could work well (kicking of season 17 with sources picked by the most active participants from season 16). The live-listen is also a good idea but difficult as I often fail myself to start the voting stage on time and sometimes rounds are extended.

Correct. It was a good round with 8 songs. PRC229 was also a Parasite Eve round with 2 songs.

I hope nobody voted for me because I'm the host (my song wasn't a MIDI rip but I agree with HoboKa that it was closer to that as I'm used to), everyone should vote how they like to but not based on song genre (I vote for XX because his song is a trance song which I like) or other things as the song (my vote is for Bundeslang because he is the host of the contest). I was surprised myself as well that I got 3 points and for example HoboKa and SethSkoda got less but it's just the voters who decide and it was a hard one this time with 7 songs.
