I remember a few years ago when I pre-ordered Metroid Prime my local gamestop would actually have a rush delivery so when Nintendo said it was released by them they would get it the same day at around 5 pm. Good times, good times.

Just like the reviewer on Game Trailers video said, Galaxy re-defines the platformer. I so can't wait to have this game in my hands.

Sadly there are douches in the world who have been heavily spoiled during childhood. They could all use some manual labor.
I really dislike those kind of people. They have the personality of a grapefruit. Too bad you didn't kick his ass Jam. I would have loved to see the expression on his face.

We had DST, Japan has no DST, so they now update at 2 EST.
Oh that's right. For some reason I was thinking 3 am CDT and then 2 am CST for me. oops. OK I think it's time for me to go to bed.

The download screen is random. I believe there is about four different things that can appear, small Mario, Big Mario/Luigi, Fire Mario/Luigi, and the very rare Swimming Mario and Luigi.

I showed my fiancee Galaxy last night, she wouldn't admit it (calls herself a closet gamer LOL), but she really liked it.

Super Smash Bros. N64- HELL YES!!!!! I remember learning about this little game when I got an issue of EGM talking about the Import version. I was reading the article and I remember it saying, the chances of Smash Bros. coming to the US was very slim. I found out that my local import shop had the game to buy and demo for a small fee per hour. I was speechless. The game was amazing!!!! Why would this not be coming to america? I felt like I had to do something. So I did. I called Nintendo EVERYDAY (mind you I was like 14 or 15 at the time and I'm now 24) to bring this great game to the states. They might have already planned to bring before I called, but I like to feel like I had something to do with smash bros. coming to the states. That is why it is my must own.

Blasphemy! Sunshine? a sequel? Sunshine was Luigi's Mansion with Mario and no ghosts. Blah. Rant over. Sunshine was fun though. And it gave us the underwear pirhana. I always knew they were kinky. Just look at those lips. ANYWAY....
Mario Galaxy is win. When I get a Wii, The first games I'm getting are Brawl, Galaxy, and Fire Emblem. AND whatever my wife wants....
Excatly! Like I said I really liked Sunshine a lot, it just seemed......rushed. Which is odd for Nintendo.

I hope it'll be along the lines of Mario 64. Sure, you could be it fast in a way, but collecting every star and exploring every inch of each world is what I enjoyed.
I personally believe this is the sequel that we have all been waiting for since Mario 64. As much as I loved Sunshine I ddin't see it as a true sequel.

Yeah I've spent some time on it too at one of my local gamestops. Listening to the battleship theme the first time I played Galaxy brought a tear to my eye. It is that beautiful!

As far as I'm aware there is no SMB 3 Suits. That would rock if there was a Tanooki Suit in Galaxy.
I'm suprised noe one made a thread earlier about Galaxy. I was going to but forgot to.

For all we know it could have the opposite effect on someone/everyone. Like it could speed up the game play.

The Contra 4 site is fun to listen to with Vig's music in the background. It so awesome that a once small time music composer/remixer got a real chance to make an actual soundtrack. It just goes to show you that dreams can come true.

I was going crazy at first trying to figure out why everyone was saying stop watch, but I finally looked closer at the pics and saw the watch. That is awesome. but the real question is......what does it really do???

there are 2 many MIDI tunes!!!!1!1 jsut because there is 1 more that is not a midi does not mean that their r still 2 many that r midis although a slightly smaler percnetage of the songs revealled on the dojo so far r mi-*SMACK*
That's not to say I'd prefer more songs that are recorded live. I definitely enjoyed that FE one, and the live orchestra and vocals can really create a dramatic atmos-*SMACK*

I would if any of the eight fucking stores I went to today had it.
Holy crap!! Eight stores? Well I kinda know how you feel. I have a store about 1 or 2 miles from my home......they don't have it. but the one (and only other store I checked) that dose have Galaxy is about 8 miles away. SO worth the 8 miles...but I feel weird driving that far just to play Galaxy.
