USB/FireWire HDTV Question

Is there such a thing? Because at the moment I have a PCI TV Tuner card, and that's been all fine and dandy for a long time. Has a port for regular coax antenna cable, and composite a/v + s-video ports.

Now I've gotten myself an Xbox360 and wouldn't mind trying out the HiDef-ness. Is there such a thing as an external USB or Firewire (also known as 1394, I think. And i-link) device to let me plug in my 360's HDTV cable (the r/g/b + audio) into it for viewing on my PC?

And if there isn't anything along those lines, what would be my next best option? (besides getting a new tv)

A friend has mentioned that I can get cables and adapters to go to VGA, but I'm not too knowledgeable about this stuff and was looking for some advice and input.
