Tex
Hey all. I've been working in a song on Fruity Loops and decided to close my project to restart the computer. After I reboot Windows Vista and opened FLStudio, I couldn't find my file in the most recent list (the one in the FILE directory). So I tried for a search, but nothing turned out well. It was like the .flp got deleted or something. I am not sure what happened to it and I have no clue about it anywhere. Is there a way I can recover my .flp file? JH Sounds
Have you checked FL's trash bin folder?
Tex
Yes. There was that backup .flp file, but it was from an older project.
Mia
Did you put a period anywhere in your file name? One time I named a project crap.crap.com and then ran into a similar problem. I eventually found the .com (not .flp) file in the 'Program Files\Image-Line\FL Studio 7\Data\Projects' folder, whereas I hadn't been able to see it in FLStudio itself because FLStudio was only showing files with appropriate file extension. Tex
I haven't done such a thing, but I suppose I will no longer need this file, since I did some rework. Now backup will be my priority.
