Malcos Posted August 6, 2003 Posted August 6, 2003 Well the bassline and percussion don't change much, if at all (filtering doesn't count). This is distinctive and has style, the only thing really making this a yes is the piano part, which was very well done indeed. Fade out was a bit off. YES

Lots of really great stuff going on- love the piano, love the synth leads...I just love the mix. YES

And then it turns out to not even really be that bad... Damnit prot, you almost made me not enjoy this. YES. this is neat.

Leaving only the bassline to carry the melody was a great idea, but it's more muddy and weak than it should have been. Love the wild dissonance in the howling synth solo. Things are overcompressed during breaks and the protracted fade-out feels way too long, but overall this theme finally has a befitting mix. YES
