Meteo Xavier
Anyone remember a few months ago when someone was looking for people to sell ambient music on his website? Well, I can't get him to write me back so I'm wondering if I can use them as an ambient EP or LP. Does anyone know a decent (within realistic expectations) label that would accept an Electronic-Ambient record? Clearly I know I'm not going to get much for it, but its better than letting it sit and rot on my desktop. Any ideas on labels that specifically deal with new artists? OverCoat
Well, I got my stuff on ansiform. You're not gonna get paid or recognized for anything though because it's a free and anonymous [!] netlabel. strange that eviljoker isn't responding. he's just starting out too so he should be easier to get ahold of
Meteo Xavier
Well, I emailed Progressive Grooves and am waiting to hear back. I'm not really into releasing it for FREE. I don't expect a lot of $$$, but I would like to make something so that it would feel like a real release. Does eviljoker have an email address or something I could get a hold of him with? abg
You could check out Hearts of Space. This is an ambient music station that also has a record label. If you go into About - FAQ it'll tell you how to go about submitting material.
