Problems with making "New Posts" page my browser's homepage

Hello Site issues(&feedback) thread! I've got a problem...

I'm trying to set the "New Posts" page as my browser's home page so when I get on, I see new posts (I use IE8, btw)

However, I noticed the exact url changes periodically (specifically the very end of it) and that makes it impossible to do what i'm attempting.

It gives me a screen that says "VBulletin message: Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms."

Is there anything I can do to make this work?
