Nabeel Ansari
http://neblixsaber.googlepages.com/peacefulspring.mp3 This is a song I just wrote half an hour ago...
Gario
Mmm... nice sound, overall. It's quite peaceful. That little woodblock/shaker you have going is a nice touch. The harmonies are a bit off - try shifting them around a bit so they fit better and it would fit better... Actually, with a song about piece, the harmonies might not even be needed. Production-wise I can see your getting much better. Keep it up!

Can you be a little more specific about which harmonies, please? I actually like the harmonies... The instruments are singing in this song. I especially like (unrelated) my harp, I used an idea from DS's Ancient Hero remix to make my harp have a plucking sound. And I see what you're saying about production... Maybe softer songs tend to have better quality. (I once wrote a Serenade of Water remix and it got rejected... but that was one or two years ago. BUT, that was because of the arrangement. My sounds were really nice and relaxing in that one.) Maybe my talent lies more in the relaxing side of music.
Gario
The harmonies... well, most of them are a little abrasive, to me - and it doesn't help that they don't move anywhere, either. They seem to get in the way of the very smooth music you have going, there. If you like them, fine - but they could be toned down a little, as they drown the rest of the music out a little bit. It's still nice, though .

Other than that I like it, it's probably the best song I ever wrote (It's the only song I ever wrote.... so yeah)
-RK-
I think everything could be a tad quieter and more dynamic. Your instruments are very static. They're also very dry. As far as the composition of the song, it is very peaceful, but it doesn't seem to really go anywhere or build to much of anything, it kind of just meanders from section to section.
