  1. I plan on using this for live performance. Never studio use though.
  2. This is pretty fucking sick yo, the "mistakes" aren't too noticable at all, a very good first dubstep mix. BTW, what do you use to mix with?
  3. God this is a great track, the attention to detail is great. This is some of the most creative instrumentation I've ever heard, and I personally think the arrangement is fantastic, possibly even genius, but I don't want to gush.
  4. This is such a great arrangement, every single second spills character. I love the organ, the textures here mesh together so well. Perhaps slightly liberal, but I'd say it isn't only great, it was necessary. Just Yes.
  5. This has been one of my very favorite songs for a very long time. It's beautiful and inspiring, and completely timeless. Thank you Ziwtra.
  6. This is fucking great yo, fucking catchy groove / bassline, and great melody and progression. I'm a fan.
  7. I love the way that groove develops in the intro, really glues together when the hats come in. I think the drums could vary themselves a little more, perhaps not to crazy rhythmically, but some textural changes would be helpful I think. I feel like some modulations on your bass could help too, perhaps open the cutoff as the song builds, something of that nature. The choral stuff is sick tho, creepy in the best way, and i do love the groove. Good stuffs here.
  8. Read the judges comments while listening, and I think I gotta go with Vig on this one. You took the hook of Stickerbrush, left out the slightly monotonous parts, and made a god damn sick DnB track. DID YOU THINK WE WOULDN'T NOTICE!!! Great track.
  9. Oh absolutely. I'm going to be finishing this up soon, I'll post a link in this thread, send you a PM. Glad you like it!
  10. Shiiiiit. Chemical Plant / Electro House might have been the best idea on OCR this year. Not joking. Love the bass tone, and great kick. Stellar work mister.
  11. I don't have my good phones on me, so I won't comment on anything production, but... compositionally, pretty amazing dude. Love that main hook. DAMN catchy, and great sound design too. I'll try to listen again when I get my nice headphones back. Seriously bitchin shit tho. House FTW! EDIT: Put my headphones on. This sucker is next to perfect. Let me know how I can hear the whole thing!
  12. started this on this turkey day. whaddaya think? Freefall? Amazing! enjoy.
  13. Bingo. I'm not going to listen to Aerosmith (necessarily) if I want to write a house track. I'd listen to Wolfgang Gartner. Just think of your genre.
  14. This song had a shout-out in EGM years ago, just remembered. And it's fuckin awesome.
