Totaka's Song?

Hey guys! I've been considering an idea for an arrangement project. Are any of you familiar with Totaka's Song? It's a hidden track in practically every Nintendo game he's composed for. I was wondering if it would be acceptable to do an arrangement of it, considering it's in such a HUGE variety of games.

As far as I can tell, nothing is off limits here. Just high production quality is the only rule. This place seems rather open to creativity.

If you, or anyone, do decide do it, I was thinking it would be awesome and impressive if you could musically cascade various of the major game themes into the arrangement, since Totaka's done music for so many games.
