bebog12
How can I assign sliders and knobs on the mpd24 using fl studio9? I tried opening the FPC on Flstudio but i didn't see any sliders or knobs in where i can assign them too. heres a video of some guy doing it but he has reason: Could i assign them to pitch slower as i slide down the slidder like he did in the video? Skrypnyk
right click what you want to control > link to controller... once that screen loads, just move or slide the knob/slider. Screen should go away and you should be able to manually control said knob/slider. alternatively, if you're using a vst that won't let you right click the knob/slider, then left click the knob and tweak it, then tools > last tweaked > link to controller... bebog12
thanks skry, but any ideas on how to assign the sliders/knobs to change the pitch and or tempo? Right now i can add sample to the sliders and what not.
Zephyr
You can right click and assign things to the pitch and tempo controls in FL Studio too, you do it the same way. Just right click on the tempo or pitch thing and hit link to controller then move the knob. If you'd like to keep the settings, then just save a project with them linked as a template. bebog12
I can't find the normal pitch control to assign a slider to by right clicking it. I have one but it can only be used after I'm done recording the sample. I'm just trying to play a sample and while at the same time moving the slider to change the pitch while I'm testing it, and not after the finished product. I can pitch it but only when I'm done recording. Any ideas?
