XZero Posted December 13, 2009 Share Posted December 13, 2009 I hadn't played any of the games that were nominated for Game of the Year because my only console is the Wii. Among them, only Batman has me interested anyway. On another note, last night was the first time I ever watched those awards, and I really wasn't very impressed. I like JRPGs, Nintendo 1st party games, and platformers every now and then, so I guess I am not the hardcore gamer audience to which that show caters. Edit: I forgot to ask, but did anyone else (a) find Jack Black's "game of the year" acceptance skit not funny, or ( find his whole performance, including smashing his trophy, incredibly immature?
