On topic, I think this fad will come back. It's a burnout genre right now but music never dies.

Seriously, they realised they oversaturated the market. They're cancelling the series now, but I'd expect a great revival months or maybe a few years from now. It's probably brilliant marketing, too.

Personally I don't care about the franchise either way.

Well hey we have to wait until Rehab Hero comes out, then like someone else said, we can have Guitar Hero Reunion to look forward to.
