MechaFone
So I was browsing through Galbadia Hotel and I found this. It's the Twilight Symphony soundtrack (well, most of it) and it's been done in super nintendo style, 16 bit. It's here if you want it http://www.megaupload.com/?d=LO8AG8CS
lazygecko
Seems more like a mix of Zelda 3 samples and FM synthesis.
Arrow
There's a couple of other random samples in there, I think. I swear that guitar in the Mailman theme on Disc 2 sounds familiar.
Tex
Seems more like a mix of Zelda 3 samples and FM synthesis. Yes, but only the ones with "(Genesis)" tacked on to the title. I swear that guitar in the Mailman theme on Disc 2 sounds familiar. It might be from Super Mario Kart.
liquid wind
it says in the doc that he just used some SNES soundfonts, and some SNES games did sample FM synths... liking what I've heard so far, some of it more than TP's actual soundtrack! something about TP's sound always seemed wrong to me, I prefer the N64 games over it in that regard even though they use blatantly terrible samples

TP was the first Zelda game where I really felt they had no excuse not to fully orchestrate it (glad someone finally took a hint for Skyward Sword). The Zora music sounds just like it came out of LttP. There's just something neat about it. I only wish this guy had done all of the tracks in this style, as there are some noticeable absences. All in all, it's a well done reversioning.
