Also, we recommend not using YouTube to host your files; it can mess up sound quality, and there are free hosting sites (soundcloud, mediafire, tindeck, for example) that you can use. Now that's out of the way, let's get to the song. There are some weird panning things happening, as well as some dissonance around the part at 1:04. In addition, it seems as though the two guitar parts don't quite match up. I'm not sure if you're planning on submitting to the site or not, but if you are, then this track needs more length and arrangement. Typically, arrangements require more than two minutes to convey a true sense of arrangement for the source. Right now you're at a little over a minute, and this is more of what we here at OCR would call a cover rather than a ReMix. Try soloing or switching up the rhythm a bit to make the song your own.
