NegimaSonic Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 Er, is this advertising, remove it if it is bad then? Anyway, I never played Fallout (any of them), so I figure I would hop on this. If anyone else is slow like me, go ahead. http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/fallout DRM free and all the good stuff (though I do like Steam...let's not get into that). I hear their site might be overloaded right now but I think you can just add the game and download it later. Quote
FuriousFure Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 Got it myself. I have been wanting to play the originals after falling in love with Fallout 3 and Vegas (not so much on Vegas) but didn't wanna shell out 20 bucks to buy it from the store. not I got it for free! might try it out this weekend. FuriousFure Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Be warned, Fallout and Fallout 2 is NOTHING like Fallout 3. lol, Thats for sure! but I am really digging the game. the action points to move threw me at first but I am catching on fast. Quote
EC2151 Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 I wish they did the same with Fallout 2! GOG's version doesn't need to be patched, unlike the steam version... I am still trying to find a hi-res patch for Fallout 2 that works. Quote
