Pretty cool chill-out vibe. The MP3 compression seems to be hurting the sound unless I'm hearing things. The beat is pretty heavy in the intro, I thought its introduction to the piece could be more gradual. I do like the stop-start-stop feel you have with the beat throughout the song.
