There are good ideas here!

It is not my style, but I like the overall idea.

I didn't like the drums so much, mainly the snare. They could be more variations or effects sometimes.

I liked the way you used the sound effects. =]

I don't particularly like the idea of the bass completely overwhelming the lead; keep the lead audible.

1:04 - 1:11 seemed completely random until 1:12 came. Try to polish that up some more.

Mainly, the bass seems too detuned to clearly give out notes, and you've got some volume and levels trouble. Good luck!
