I've always wanted to work on something like this, because FFTA2 has one of my favourite soundtracks from videogames I've ever played, and most of the music is particularly difficult to work on because of the frequent key changes. I was going to work on this a bit more and make this a WIP, but I've recently heard more of the soundtrack and I've already started work on a single piano medley of some of the more emotional tunes in the game. It definitely makes good remix material The only criticism I have is that the left hand could be doing more interesting things.
