jnWake Posted October 9, 2012 Share Posted October 9, 2012 Very cool! I'm not sure what the sources are (only Eterna Forest?) so I can't comment on that. However, I think the song is pretty nice. I love the sound of the drums, even if the hi-hat sticks out a bit too much. I'd make the piano stand out more during most of the song. The delay/reverb effect you used is very cool but makes the piano a bit hard to heart. Give more volume to the dry sound. The bass is very low, it needs to stand out a lot more. To be honest I'm not even sure there is a bass in this song, but I think I hear one. It'd add a lot to the arrangement if you added a nice and playful bassline. The flute sound is a bit too loud in some sections: 2:41 and 2:48. Overall, it needs some balancing. I feel there is almost nothing in the bass/middle frequency and some instruments are a bit too loud while others are too quiet. Other than that, very cool!
