Nothing really much beyond the original with some synthy and distorted sounds, some beats, and the occasional light SFX underneath. Arrangement has 0 changes in structure and tempo from the original, and the track is only 2:26-long. It's only a few seconds off from the original because you simply didn't use the original's intro. You didn't even give the arrangement any type of creative name.

Submission Instructions & Standards]In terms of arrangement - how close or distant ReMixes should be to the original - the general rule is that the ReMix should be YOURS. We don't just mean that you were involved in its creation, but that it is different enough from the original so as to readily illustrate the contributions, modifications, and enhancements you have made. In other words, don't just take the original and drop a few drum loops on top. Also, don't simply take a MIDI file and assign new instruments to the parts, or add reverb, and expect that to pass as 'yours'. When we say 'ReMix', we actually mean something closer to 're-arrangement', if that helps clarify. If you listen to most of the pieces on the site and compare them to the originals, you should get an idea of what a ReMix is.

You tried to at least personalize it somewhat, but it's an obvious NO OVERRIDE.

Got an e-mail from the artist, regarding the N.O. vote:

Hi. I just wanted to say about my remix (Lofihile - Earthbound - Onett 2)

that I did not use a midi-file and just change sounds as you suggested. I

played everything myself.

-Antti Korpela

I hope I don't insult you by saying I find it hard to believe, since the timing is exactly the same as the original, but if that's truly the case, sorry. But it's like Protricity taught me, if you're just gonna play a track to make it sound verbatim with the original, you might as well have MIDI-ripped it, because, on a creative level, you're achieving the same result.

I merely just bolded what I felt would be the most important clause in the submissions guidelines. That's not to say that the rest of what's there is unimportant or irrelevant, so be sure to read everything there. Not a problem though, lemme just bold something else...
