Frederic Petitpas Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 There's a small one there for 2000$ https://www.roli.com/pre-order-a-seaboard-grand-studio/ LOOKS FUN ! Quote
DarkDjinn Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 These things are so cool. I watched that video a while back. I wish they weren't so dang expensive - I feel like I could play this thing pretty well (even without being a keys player). I feel like expression on this would be similar to the way it's done on guitar, from what I saw in the videos. Really awesome new instrument though. Quote
Nabeel Ansari Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 OLIOLIOLIOLIOLIOLIOOO wait what Oh yeah, the Seaboard. I can't wait to get my hands on one. In a few years I'll probably be able to muster up the cash for one. Quote
Moseph Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 Oh, money. That's why I just program my own MIDI controllers out of whatever input devices I have lying around. (no, seriously, I hacked a graphics tablet to simulate a violin and it's amazing) Quote
timaeus222 Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 I remember this. Jordan Rudess was playing around with it in his studio. Or should I say, one of his studios. Quote
Meteo Xavier Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 Make sure you have a $2,000 gig lined up before you run out to buy $2,000 worth of fun new technology. It's cool, but it's not $2,000 for home and fun cool. Quote
Necrox Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 That part with the xylophone. This is quite an instrument. Quote
