For Everlasting Peace: 25 Years of Mega Man unable to be bought on Amazon?

So I don't know if the For Everlasting Peace: 25 Years of Mega Man had a limited run or something (or the copyrights for it ran out) but at this very moment I can't seem to purchase what songs I didn't initially buy.

 

Anyone else having troubles buying the album? Might just be a Amazon issue, but if it's no longer purchasable then thought someone here might know.

When I got to try and buy the remaining songs, I get Amazon's error page. So i thought maybe the album wasn't available for sale due to something like a copyright having expired with Capcom.

I get the page where you can click "Pay with USD". I'm assuming you're able to get that far as well? Then when you click to pay, you get the error page?

I get it when I click on "Buy Remaining Song"

Since when the album released I only had enough to buy a few songs, but now I am trying to buy the rest.

You're in the US as well? It's a really strange error, because I'm in there and can seemingly buy it with no problems.
