Argitoth
...you just gotta be kidding me.Battery 3 is a sampler, not a sample library. It comes with a sample library, but damn you'll never fool anyone with that. I can't even believe your ears would even consider Battery 3 to meet your jazz percussion needs. Anyway, im going to get a hold of the jazz demos of ns_kit7 for you. Ok, I take back what I said. Zircon has informed me that Battery 3 is in fact worth a look because of its sample library. It does have the capability to create realistic percussion riffs.
Moseph
I was randomly browsing Musician's Friend this evening and found ... Battery 3 on closeout for $71.28.
dannthr
Too bad I don't order from Musicians Friend anymore--not since my last order had to go through my credit card's fraud dept for services NEVER rendered.
SnappleMan
Waaaait a minute, comparing something like Battery to something like DFHS is like being a complete idiot. They are completely different types of products from a production viewpoint. Battery has always, and will always continue to kick ass, as will DFHS, NSKit, Dildoface Drums and any other product which is made by somewhat responsible and capable people. Argitoth
arrite, i found the snare sweep/stir demo: http://www.naturalstudio.co.uk/sampled.html It's actually in the playlist called "Brooshez" and the playlist is not compatable with windows explorer AFAIK. Also, Swing-a-lot is also a nice jazzy demo, but does not use brushes.
