The text below the username?

I don't get it. Some users have some text below their usernames. Why is that? And what does it mean. It look like some kind of name... Like "Bad dude", "Conwilly", "Blismby".

Do you mean like the Snacks 'N Jaxson (+25) title? If that's the case, it reflects your post count, which is in this case above 25. If not.. Well, then I don't know.
