Lunahorum
FL: I am using a tube amp vst and I want to fine tune the input. Is there anyway other than clicking on the knob with the mouse to set the value? I don't want to set it with the event editor either because that reads % and not dB. Ok thanks
DDRKirby(ISQ)
not sure. FL can't interpret the actual VST interface so it doesn't know that whatever knob you're turning corresponds to dB, so the best it can do is give you the %. IIRC some VSTs actually have an option where you can click on the value of a knob to enter it in manually. In other words, I'm fairly sure you're out of luck. The event editor would probably be the option giving you the most precision, despite the fact that it won't give you a dB representation (though if you really, really wanted, you could do the math yourself...) starla
I would suggest holding down ctrl while tuning the knob, IIRC this will allow for finer precision.

DDRKirby(ISQ)
yea, works for fruity plugins. Won't always do it for vsts, though--I know some vsts use ctrl+click to reset the knob to default. If you REALLY wanted to get creative, you could link the knob to a fruity formula controller and edit it that way o_o;
