  1. I remember hearing his Dr. Mario remix a while back. It's really sad he passed away in 2016 though. My heart goes out to him and his family.
  2. The first Snowboard Kids remix sounds great and it's about time! Gotta love some metal remixes!
  3. Heck yeah, this is my kind of jam! I love the 90s retro feel, too!
  4. Despite the music being pretty loud, the following examples would be great as EDM: Title Race BGM 3 Race BGM 5 Race BGM 11 Ending & Options
  5. I loved the OST after watching a TAS video of this game!
  6. Would love to hear an aggressive electronic mix of this particular song.
  7. A new Axelay and/or Super R-Type remix sounds like a neat-o idea.
  8. I'm actually a sucker for underrated games. In fact, I had some thoughts/ideas for a few remixes, such as either 'Night Highway', 'Grass Valley', etc.
  9. This reminded me of that one dreadful day I was verbally lashed out by another person over a YouTube video I once uploaded a couple years or so. Never again. Aside from that, good discovery of such blatant copyright infringement. It's the kind of cookie-cutter BS that enrages the original sources.
  10. I have this on PS4 and I love it. It's like soccer (or football depending where you're from) mixed with vehicles. It's addicting and fun!
  11. I knew this was gonna happen! Very nice remix of Freedom Planet!
  12. I don't know if I'm allowed to mention this, but there's always The Sounds Resource. I found the Sonic SFX you're looking for there.
  13. In 2009, a friend online who I won't mention suggested that I should try using reFX Nexus. I became hooked on it ever since. Although I also use Native Instruments, I wish I could try Omnisphere 2...
  14. Goodness gracious, it's been a long time posting something new here. Anyway: Extreme-G - Nocturnal Hive (WIP #1) Been revising my dated 'Nocturnal' remix in Renoise since yesterday. Most of the XG mix is done, but as this is work-in-progress, I haven't got the lead, the sound effects, and/or other parts yet. Also, please let me know if you have any suggestions to help improve what I have so far. =) I hope you'll enjoy. Based on 'City 2: Urban Motorway' from Extreme-G (1997). 15. Nice upgrade, the forums looks new and improved! =)
  16. I came up with the name 'Rapidkirby3k' after playing Smash Bros. on the N64 as Kirby several times in 1P Mode. Had that username since either 1999, 2000 or 2001. Not only I love Smash, Kirby's my favorite, too.
  17. Very nice remixes you have over there, HoboKa! Went ahead followed.
  18. Hey folks, does anyone here know of a VST instrument and/or sample that contains vibraphones? I can't seem to find a good one at the moment. I also meant to ask this earlier, but never taken the time to do so.
  19. As I remember playing the Genesis/Megadrive version many years ago, here's my request for possible remixes of the following: SEGA (Rock/Electronic) (Rock) (Rock)SNES (Rock/Electronic) (Rock) (Rock)Maybe combine Submuseum with Pipe Maze?
  20. Looking back on my very old music/remixes many years ago and having to face reality in such a repertoire fashion related to feedback, among other things in life, I really wanted to start fresh by improving my music ability. Since there's now a rule stating that I'm supposed to update my old remix threads with brand new content, I really don't want to reply in them. This is primarily because I feel very embarrassed of my dated works, which leads to three of my questions: 1. Is there a way to delete some of my old remix threads? 2. Are there any exceptions to that rule? 3. Has anyone here ever had to go through the same uncomfortable feelings about your old musical works? Btw, I'm not exactly sure where post this thread, so if this is in the incorrect category, please let me know.
  21. Hey djpretzel, I intend to start fresh with my video game remixes, but I wanted to know if I'm able to remove some of my old remix threads. I'm aware that I'm supposed post new content in them, except I don't want to relive my previous mistakes that includes me putting great ideas off. It gives me a very bad vibe by today's standards.
