I was thinking... some of these bosses have a reputation on the line. Bowser for example. Orchestral, or rock? I think some of the tracks here are expected to sound a certain way. We wouldn't want Bowser's piece to end up as an over-interpreted orch/trance nightmare. What does everyone here think? Some of these pieces should be restricted, right? I think so... what about you? Also, I'm going to throw in... Sephiroth has three themes, right? "Those Chosen by The Planet", "Birth of a God", and, of course, "One Winged-Angel". Maybe those three should be as a medley, as we were discussing a few pages back, OWA has been done over and over, for the games and movies, and doing it alone would be a ludicrous attempt at redoing what has already been done and redone to death. Manji, are you listening? We got you to do Seph, right? Questions? Comments?

I can't think of anything for "G" But, a serious question, how many people are on OCR that can't speak english? I only have seen a few examples of people with poor english, asking for a request, unless there's something I'm missing here...

Well, I got the idea after playing Sarfox Command for a while, what if StarWolf was represented as a street gang, that would be including Wolf, Leon, Panther, maybe Pigma. I never liked him. Also, what would people think If we changed the name to "Crescendo to Catastrophe"? Its a little busy, but they are already making Project Chaos, and it just feels weird that there are going to be two projects with "Chaos" in the name

Well, I have more news on the art. I spoke with our artist. To put it, we're redesigning these bosses for a bio section for the project website. Each character will be remodeled with a new, updated design, to fit with a more rock, sorta look. Maybe a little bit darker, maybe a little bit more expensive... For example, the one instance I was talking about with gts (the artist, if you all forgot), Sephiroth would have a sleeveless trenchcoat, with a Jenova-Life Double-Helix like tattoo on his arm. And a new hairdo. Something along those lines. Anybody with suggestions, throw them in. I want to see bowser's mowhawk fade to black, personally. The other example I had in mind was TGMP in a hot tub, in yellow-brown stained water. Bits of who-knows-what floating around. A gross mental image, but it gets the job done. Dont forget, on the work are Seph, Bowser, Dr. Wily, Ganondorf (the human one, not the pig-demon one), and Magus. But, all of them are getting a "makeover", so to speak, so any of them would be good. We're always ready for suggestions. Oh, and yes, Wily's on keybord. Pimptastic, as it were.

Well, Sephiroth's gonna be both lead guitar and vocals. Maybe I shoulda mentioned that. Unless you can think of someone better (Side note: Has Ozzy ever been in a video game? That'd be weird...). But, thanks, I'm glad people like the idea. Other albums have art that's just too simple. No offense to the artists. But, for example, Kong in Concert is just a banana peel. Relics of the Chozo's a scene from the game, albeit reworked to look better. The only one that really would catch my eye, if these were in a store(assuming that seeing Kirby on the cover of an album is normal), would be Dark Side of Phobos. Granted, there are great albums with simple covers out there (The White Album comes to mind), but thats just not what I had in mind for this one.

Wait... what? When you say original, do you mean the art, the remixes, or the idea in general? Because... you can't hear sigs. And lead vocals? By which, do you mean, if any other artists need a voice? ...just asking to clear it up, I'm just a little lost right now.

First WIPs? I dont think I can even mention a date until I get more artists on. Something tells me Ill be getting finished tracks at the same time the last two or three artists will be added on. Honestly, Im starting to worry a bit. But for now, don't worry about it. just take your time, and start working on the tracks like normal.

I've havent played Lufia in years, but if this is the castle, and this is the battle, it sounds to me like you would have more to work with, and a more boss-like sound if you used the actual battle theme. But hey, your the remixer. what can I do? ...wait, I'm the Coordinator... I'll just throw in that if you do do it, and I'll list you for it, try to use both. At least throw in a reference to the battle theme.

The sig is great, but I regret to inform you that we already have an album artist, handpicked by me from deviantArt. I suppose it's prime time to reveal the album art, too. No WIP is available yet, but here's a brief description: A rock concert stage, with Sephiroth on lead guitar, Ganon on base, and Bowser on drums. Each instrument is themed after the villian (ex: Seph's guitar has a One-Winged Angel theme, Bowser's drums are based on koopa shells, etc...). The crowd is filled with baddies from all the series featured in the album. Feedback, anyone? Kanjika and I think it's a great idea, but if anyone else has other ideas, they'd be welcome. That's the kind of enthusiasm we like to see. Do you have any tracks we can listen to? It's risky letting someone onto the project if we cant hear what they are capable of beforehand.

I cant believe you just said that. A friend and I were talking about releasing bonus tracks after the end of the project. But, we don't have to worry about that for a few months, do we? On another note, anyone think they could make some sigs? Coordinator, and Remixer, specifically.

Well, we agreed on no more that 2/3 characters from one series. Personally, I feel uneasy about the fact that we have both Lavos and Magus. But, there was a point where we had ~6 FF bosses. Too many. That, and the fact that voting started two weeks ago. Too, late, sorry.

Just a note, PM both of us, if it's an audition. Having to send files to one another (Me and Kanjika) takes time, and we would like to avoid it. Also, Ellywu2, you were on Chrono Symphonic, and theres the fact that we contacted you. If you want a track, go ahead and claim it(which you already did...). As long as we can get a WIP soon, and it's not a total train wreck.

First, don't freak out. No one will bother to listen. Second, I could hardly interperate that post anyway. It's original, not "origional", but good job spelling charisma. Third, I meant a latin chorus, in between the main verses, alongside the "ahh-Ahh-AHH". Of course the original lyrics would be kept, the song is nothing without them. If you are that concerned we are going to kill the song, we are in the requests thread. Hit the back button and post a request, or download a program, and try making one yourself. There are plenty of experts willing to help you out. Either way, chill. Slow down, and type properly. We've slowed down to hours between posts, there is no rush.

Nice. If you plan on adding lyrics, I was tossing around the idea of latin lyrics for a while. I would do it, I have a Latin-English dictionary, but the grammer would be way off. That, and you'd need to find a whole chorus to help out. If you did want to do that, you would need to pull execute it flawlessly, or it could ruin the song. But, its up to you.

Aright! Finally, the tracklist is complete. Feel free to go ahead and claim a track. Post any requests, and follow the guidlines on the first post, please.

Well, at this point, ignore the previous post. It's Saturday, you know what that means. VOTING IS OVER!!! Thats right. Too late for those of you that didn't vote, which was a lot of you. We have about 10-15 votes, and I will post the final bosses (pun intended) as soon as I sort out the winners.

Nice. Like Kanjika said, you can pick a track, but if you wait a week, you can pick from the final tracklisting instead of being limited to just the starred selections.

Remixers can apply at any time, and yes, it is one-winged angel. If Im not mistaken, Sephiroth has three different peices, you can include those, as long as OWA is dominant in the mix. Mystic quest was included once, but removed because we ended up with around 6 bosses from the Final Fantasy series. I will put it back, but only because it was already there once, and it is a spin-off, and not part of the main series. Also, try reading the posts next time... we are going for rock, orchestra, techno, not ambiance.

No stars means it may end up on the album, if it ranks high enough based on users votes. _____Indents are minibosses, or are not big enough to have their own track. From this point until Friday, July 28, PM me, Pi_r_[]ed with the following information: Make a list of UNSTARRED bosses from the first post, in order of most important to least important, followed by a list of STARRED bosses, from most important to least important, followed by a list of STARRED AND UNSTARRED bosses, in order of most important to least important IN YOUR OWN OPINION!!! If there is a boss we missed (like, if we forgot Sephiroth) PM me or Kanjika with the subject "Boss miss [name of boss],[name of game]". But don't waste our time with unimportant bosses!

Nineko, I thought you dropped... Sorry if I got you mad, I just don't want to mess with DarkeSword till the projects official. Ironically, for that, hes the one to go to... So, does this mean your back in? And, if you two dont mind, maybe you two can work together on the project, maybe? Two heads are always better than one. If not, you have to decide which one of you gets the track, or it will be up to me and kanjika. A WIP from both of you, or work together.

Alright, it looks like Ive got some editing to do. And V___, PM me what your doing with that "Bonus" boss. Im not saying Im worried, I just want to stay informed, I am the coordinator. Also, would anyone have a problem with "the great mighty poo" from Conkers bad fur day as the "Joke" boss?
