  1. F-Zero GX. Dr Stewart Theme (OCReMix) gave away the clue in the title.
  2. No!! I must break you with my PARANOiA Respect vodka and tambourine freestyle!
  3. One thing I find weird is that people say DDR is full of J-Pop and ITG is much more diverse. Actually, I think DDR is more diverse than ITG (well, not anymore tho': thanks to R21, ITG is officially limitless).
  4. 8 panels at once. It's the only way.
  5. A thing called LOVE - D-Crew 2 US from DDR SuperNOVA 2. Unbearably sugary cute.
  6. Street Fighter has always been an arcade fighter. The on-screen displays reinforce that. Taking them away would make it seem too 'realistic', like Fight Night or something. As for characters, as long as Twelve isn't in it, I'm happy.
  7. You can actually get e-Amuse on SuperNOVA 2, but that's only location tests, I think.
  8. I'm English, therefore e-Amuse is a pipe dream to me. Anyway, I've completed my first IIDX 7! sync has been killed!
  9. I don't think it's HARD as such, but it's a beast to get a good PA on. Anyway, what diff. is the IIDX chart at? I'm not very good...only doing 5/6 at the moment.
  10. I don't think it's HARD as such, but it's a beast to get a good PA on. Anyway, what diff. is the IIDX chart at?
  11. Ugh. Great song. But I still do crap at it...uh, somewhere in the region of 30g, I think.
  12. Seconded. I officially hate myself for living in England.
  13. I'm more of a rock drummer, yet I've started to take up the guitar too. For the last two years, I did a GCSE in Music. Listening and appraisal was a big part of that, with the final exam being based on that and worth 40% of the final marks. I ended up with a very high A (1-2% off an A*), but my main downfall was in composing. I made three compositions, a remix of Pretty Fly for a White Guy, a drum rondo and a minimalist piece for guitar, piano and drum kit. I got consistent marks in all of these (about 23/30, with the A* threshold at around 27.) So, I have the ability to make music, but I just need a drive. Also, I think one of my main weak points is writing a decent melody, which is natural for someone whose first instrument was the drum kit...
  14. Heh...I guess you're right. Anyway, Sod's law has dictated that I've actually stumbled across a half-decent idea this time, which I'm not going to say what it is, because it'll suck if I mess it up again...
  15. http://zenius-i-vanisher.com/v3/ddrgamedb.php Select DDR Universe near the bottom of the songlist.
  16. Okay, I have the soundfonts Airfont 340 and Chorium, but these don't seem to have realistic shamisen or koto fonts. Because I'm on a budget of £0, does anyone know a free, realistic-ish soundfont that isn't 30Mb (no, really. I found one which was 30Mb, but it was crap).
  17. I play DDR extremely often, to the mild embarrasment of my friends. I do mainly 8s, 9s and 10s. I seem to have reached a bar though : I can't do anything at the same difficulty as/harder than FAXX Heavy. I'm not that good at PAing (heck, my best score on FELM [H] was a C!) but I have a fair few AAs, including Evolution (9' from DDRU3 USP, 36g) and PARANOiA ETERNAL (9', DDREX Heavy steps, 30g). I've only had 2 AAAs on Heavy: Try 2 Luv. U and Tomorrow Perfume (the latter took months of practice!) My best performace on a 10' for me has to be getting a B on PARANOiA ~Respect~ (also, my favourite DDR song yet).
  18. For about a year, I have been trying extremely hard to create a VG remix. Only problem is that I have the mother of all writer's blocks. I try something that I think is really good, only to come back to it the next day not liking it at all. I have seriously come to the end of my tether with this thing. I've tried to find inspiration in other pieces of music, but I can never seem to make new ideas from it: I just replicate them. A two-month break from music writing hasn't seemed to help either. Has anyone got any ideas for breaking my curse?
  19. Domo arigato. For jazz drums, I'd probably go with the Airfont 320. It's somewhere on the net, and one of the drum fonts has a brush snare.
  20. Tried the Magical 8-bit Plugin? http://www.ymck.net/english/download/index.html
  21. I'm looking for an acid synth. Not any old one, though: I want something that resembles the acid lead from the DDR song 'The Shining Polaris'. If anyone could help me out with that, I'd be happy.
