I decided to try to make it better.
-
Alright, I decided to get a hold of some better PAD's, so I went ahead and changed out most of the instruments used. Its totally different now. I think it sounds a bit better too.
-
Cool, thanks.
One flaw around :45 dealing with the lead synth, the pitch seems to have changed drastically. Making an off-key sound, see if you can fix that. Not sure what you mean here. I can't make out what sounds is off-key. It might be that the pitch-bend of the lead sounds a bit off as it bends, I dont know. Maybe I should make it bend faster.

Classic Commodore 64-tune composed by Thomas Mogensen.
Made in FL Studio 7.
Please leave a comment (for once).

Im familiar with Siberia, but not the western theme, but I'll listen to it.
Great use of sampling, once again.
Nice build-up there at the start (starting to drag out, though )
This one is very flat too...
The part at about 3:20 is very nice. Good and full.
I would consider having more of the original melody in there, I could barely hear any of it (until about 3:10-20)

Im not really into Drum and bass, but I'll give it a listen since I like the composition.
I bet a drum & bass fan would find it very good, but I think it was just a 'good'.
It is a bit flat, I think. The balancing is good, though. Great use of voice effects.
All in all its between "Good" and "Very good" IMO. (I'm used to the RKO ratings )

This is a remix of the common trance-song "The Beat is Coming". Mixes some 8-bit sound with modern sounds.

Hehe, great feedback!
I once again made some changes. Made some radical changes, actually. I think it's a lot better now. Not as repetitive and just better overall. I still think its a bit too much, maybe? Not sure...

Thanks for the feedback, I have uploaded a better version of the song now. It has more variation and the synth are more fleshed out. Maybe a bit too much? I also turned the kick up to eleven, as well as added one more melody from the game (Lazy Jones). There is a lot of nice melodies there (99 red balloons, even )
Please give some feedback on the second draft.

Still learning, but I really like this melody. I am aware that there a few notes in the song that sounds off-tune. I couldn't be bothered to repair that.
Please comment.
(Skrypnik: Dont tell me this one is boring too? )
Edit: Forgot the link..!

Tell me what you think, please. I am personally pretty happy, as I haven't made a lot of remixes from before.

Got any tips for me? I don't know what I should do to improve my tune. Its only a small mix of the sounds I have, not a full song.
It sounds so cheesy. So unprofessional. I'm new at FL, so I don't know all the tricks, but I'm slowly learning.

I forgot to mention: It's going to be a remix of Wizardry (Commodore 64).

I tried, but Im a total Fruity Loops-newbie, so...

Im also having trouble recreating the last bit of the main melody. I can't read notes either.

Mine would be orchestral.
As long as you would have some piano in there, it would most probably be very orgasmic.
Could anyone post links to any remix from the game not on this site? Im searching, but cant find any good ones.
-
I like it a lot. Very calming, actually, and the drum-beat is really snappy and fun.
Why was the sound volume of WIP 2 so low, though?
Hey, do you mind if I use WIP 1 for a small project of mine? I am making a small platform-game inspired by Little Nemo, and that song fits like a glove for an in-game tune.

Hello. This is my first post here.
Would anyone be interested in doing a remix of some of the Little Nemo melodies? They are too good to just have three remixes of them, only one of which i like.
To be more specific, I would love to see this melody remixed again. I would also have loved to see the melody from level 1 in the game. Im sure you know how it goes if you like the game.
Let me know if you're up for it!
