Apparently you didn't read the rest of that post.
earlier in the movie he didn't kill the joker yadda yadda I read it
my point still stands - up until that point he did not have to take any drastic measures
I argue he could have done both easily and gave reasoning why.yeah see the main difference here was at this point he was shot
That Dent was targeting Gordon and his family instead of Batman was pretty weak in its own right.the bat saved his life, gordon did not save rachel in time
not to mention who knows whether or not he was going to go after batman afterwards

Two-Face methodically seeking out vengeance on single individuals crosses the line' date=' but Joker causing rampant chaos and destruction while killing randomly in cold-blood doesn't?[/quote']
He had to choose between saving the boy and stopping Two-Face. Every other time, every other criminal, he could do both.
At that point, he had no other alternative.

if this goes anything like v for vendetta did, I will buy it immediately after reading it

I will be honest in that I have not read the book but was still impressed with the trailer
I downloaded the book and it's all in .cbr format; does anyone know what this is

i instead got to see christian bale slotted as john connor
We got this and Watchmen. And The Day The Earth Stood Still. And Quantum Of Solace.
If they hadn't also showed the Twilight trailer, it would have been the best bunch of trailers I'd ever seen.
fucking twilight

after the film made a big deal about Batman not killing were two big flaws in the ending.
That entire scene is one of the points of the movie. Is it more important for Batman to let Two-Face kill the boy if it means keeping his code? There has to be a line for villains to cross' date=' and at that point Batman didn't really have any other choice.
Part of that disappointment is probably due to the fact that earlier in the movie Batman threw the one mob leader off a building from an apparently similar height and lived.Sal Maroni landed on his legs; Two-Face landed on his spine.

every card should be mario in a different pose

Will somebody play Team Fortress with me?
I refuse to buy it for PC if I already own it for 360.
The thing about the 360/PS3 versions of TF2 is that they aren't patched like the PC version (at least not to my knowledge). Which means you're missing out on some of the best maps (goldrush) and probably continuously getting owned by sentries floating in the sky (glitches and such).

Did the Joker lie to Batman to get him to go save Harvey, knowing that Batman would reflexively go after Rachael instead?
Yes. tencahcahca

id like to know who is interested in taking over this compo from now on because this is something that i feel should continue
I'll do it, Atma. I'll do it in your memory.
Alternate post: I'll do it, Atma. I'll do it in your ass.

First there's the fact that he's the highest-value target in Gotham. They'd get him out as soon as he was stable, if for no other reason than to keep the Joker from targeting the hospital (ironic, isn't it?)
The Joker was in prison, there was no reason to suspect anything else happening
And if they were stupid enough to keep him there, which they were, as soon as the Joker called in the threat on the hospitals, he would've been the first one out. They would've put him in the nearest Medivac chopper and flown him out of the city before a single civilian got out the door.people can't just up and say hey we're bringing this dude to your hospital so uh leave a room open k? that is just silly there is procedure involved in these kind of things, procedure that takes more than - what was the time span in that part of the movie? less than 24 hours? sounds about right yeah
None of this leaving one inept guard to get killed nonsense. The Joker is still an unarmed man; the cops had every reason to assume that a man with a gun was enough to watch him, just like in real life

I thought The Joker was funny.

you have two extra https in that url
anyways VR goggles are not good for the eyes; move up to about an inch away from your screen and then use your computer as normal for about ten minute and see how your eyes feel

I am exited...
ok bye bye

and harvey dent being shipped out of a hospital to one in a different city for no apparent reason right before it's blown up isn't a convenient coincidence
-
Dent spends two to three months in the hospital undergoing painful reconstructive surgery,
pretty sure the Joker blew up that hospital
-
that actually doesn't sound so bad
but then again neither did secret rings
-”his sword, a talking blade named Calibur, serves as a mentor”A TALE OF TWO SWORDS LOST TO THE AGES
If you smite one of those civilians, your reputation will take a hit.haha
-Knuckles, who can hold two swords at once, and Shadow have been confirmed so far.if knuckles has the exact same gameplay as sonic then they have finally done something right

Again though, with the rest of him only his clothing was soaked. It makes to assume that whilst his clothes, on fire, were easy enough to simply removes, the fire on his face was not so simple.
-
Yet his suit is burned half and half and it was also in the same pool of flammable liquid which caused his face to ignite. It is reasonable to conclude he was half-burned in keeping with the Two-Face motif.
first of all, I may not be entirely sure but I do not remember him wearing a at the very least the coat to the suit
second of all, if that is the case, why did the suit and tie burn exactly right down the middle
and third, why did the suit not just become like any other clothing that has been burned - i.e a smoldering pile of nothing
So you're saying Batman is hiding air-bags in his suit?at the very least something to cushion his fall especially since he glides around very high a lot
-
I am pretty sure that half of his face is not fifty percent of his body!
Also, Batman probably has, you know, taken long drops into account when fabricating his suit.
-
lizardman is still da best
-
My understanding was that the plan was to revolve the sequel around the newly created Two-Face.
except you know he died

That's strange. Some mod deleted my post asking what "mirrors" meant when it wasn't in the least insulting or off-topic. Try to show a little less bias, please. It hurts everyone if you misuse your authority.
if they didn't delete all the bad posts then this wouldn't be an awesome community apparently
It is just a middle though.Again, I hope not. Like crazy_dewmaster said, the third entry always has a tendency to go downhill. As much as I trust Nolan with it, Ledger is gone and they're basically out of villains (except possibly the Riddler) to do anything good with.

it's not the concept, it can actually be done quite well
it's just the fact that most of the people who write fanfics write fanfics that are bad bad bad
