I'm just saying, when your paid to be an ass, your going to focus on that. That and I'm trying to go back to enjoying games rather then judging every little aspect, If I'm having fun and not throwing my controller at the screen, I'm OK with it.
He is funny though.I thinks it's more like he's an ass that just happens to be paid to review games, No offense the man of course.

His reviews are rarely fair, or all that true. Here's the problem, he's paid to be an ass. He's paid to rip on big names and be funny, no there are no perfect games, but the fact is, Ive never played a game and sat there and bitched the entire way through it and then wanted to rant about how awful it is. Simcity societies.... Well, its fun, I enjoy it every now and again, but it is a little simple. The funny thing is all the love he has for half life, which if portal wasn't in the orange box, the box wouldn't have been worth purchasing. As a console gamer half life2 does nothing I havent seen before. Im not saying it didnt have those ideas first, but its just not the second coming of christ in game form that everyone claims it to be. And yet yahtzee says its a lil repetitive, and then continues, where if any other game had had as stale and repetitive a sequel he would have torn it a new one.
That said I do find him funny, but I don't think I'd ever watch one of his reviews to decide what to rent/buy
I find his reviews funny and mostly true but you are entitled to you opinion and so is yahtzee...(No flame wars plz).
Review was LOL's like always.

For colors I guess red background with whatever cool designs you guys/girls can come up with but other then that it at your disgretion, thank you.

...The only way you can get a custom avatar is to have some sort of standing in the community to me. Then you'd have to make it and have me approve it.
I interpreted Liontamer's post like this:"If I don't think you deserve a custom avatar because you are insignificant to the community then your not getting custom avatar" or something around those lines but I doubt that was what he meant.

This is of course unless by "custom" avatar you mean one that no one else can use...I didn't mean that at all.

Can't you hack the PS2 version of the game and do the same thing?
If you can then maybe people would be willing to make the notes (or whatever it called) of OCR songs.

Thanks; Don't wanna sound like a jackass or anything but it sounds like noobs or people that aren't in the right "cliques" won't fit in so well so I'm going to stay in the forums 'til everybody knows me a little better (Been coming here for 5 years now but I didn't join 'til Jan.).

Didn't HD-DVD movies have more features than Blu-Ray?
I heard that too but I'm unsure if it's true or not...All I know is that Blu-Ray has more storage capacity(or whatever it's called).

Well I always disliked Sony, ever since all my shit kept breaking the day after the warranties ended. But if they really did make a better format then I guess it's better that they won the war.
I am somewhat of a "Sony Whore" (Sony fanboy is too extreme of a word to use in my case) and I've been pulling for them from the start; Anybody know how much the prices are gonna drop on movies if and when Blu-Ray is named the winner?

betamax and VHS went at it for over a decade. This is quick in the realm of market warfare. I cant say i am surprised all that much. A string of major and public victories had to make Toshiba very nervous. Then walmart canceling HD DVD sales and Netflix dropping the format finished the deal.
Speaking of Beta-Max and VHS, Which format has more porn available on it?, If the answer is Blu-Ray I wouldn't be surprised.
Also: Beta-Max was better then the VHS and if Blu-Ray lost it would be the second time the better format lost which would have really made me sad.

Yea, I don't know what #ocremix is but I gotta agree with Gecko, just ignore the guy or complain to the mods(or you could call the guy/girl and tell him to shut up if you haven't done that already).

When Mistwaler/Sakaguchi announced they were developing for the 360, their goal was to do two games: one for the Japanese market and one for the American market. Blue Dragon was for Japan, and Lost Odyssey was for North America. You can even tell in their ad campaigns: Blue Dragon got little advertising in the US, but in japan they advertised it a bunch (and it consequently became japan's best-selling 360 game). It was the opposite for Lost Odyssey, and they even went so far as to animate the mouth movements in LO for the American dub.
That said, Lost Odyssey is not a beginner's RPG by any stretch of the imagination, nor was it targeted at "non-RPG gamers." In fact, it's very challenging; I've already gotten game over on several occasions already.
When I said "geared toward American audiances" I meant the art style and maybe the story.I thought the characters were made so American gamers can associate more with the characters ("omg that guy looks like me and not some weird Japanese thing" kind of thing).I haven't played Blue Dragon and didn't know that is was the same developer so that's for the info.

This sounds like "omg, new game" hype to me.
But I may be wrong.
This might be a stupid question but is this game a JRPG geared toward Americans/non-RPG gamers? The Xbox isn't know for it's JRPG games and my first impression of the game when I saw the art style was that it was made purposely like that for American audiences i.e. non-RPG gamers on the Xbox.I might be wrong, it just might be a new art style.Thanks in advance and sorry if this is a stupid post.

Somebody must have asked this already but what are some "must have" anime movies? I own both Ghost in the Shell movies but I pretty much have neglected anime after that(except ones that come out on Adult Swim); When the hell is Direct TV gonna get the all anime channel/channels that Cable have anyway? I've heard theirs a petition some where about them adding these channels but that was awhile ago. Thanks in advance.

Kidding aside, How many judges are there and what is the "maxium capapcity" of judges? Are their an odd number of judges to avoid deadlocks? What font color do judges deliver no's in?
EDIT: My 100th post was making fun the judges(sorta) LOL.
