  1. I went ahead and bought Osmos and Left 4 Dead this morning, and was kind of sad when I saw the deals.

And then I came back here and saw that they had been incorrect deals.

    Now they look frickin' awesome.

EDIT: I also just realized the Max Payne Bundle is back at regular price... Darn it...

  2. Good job to the number of you who got their tracks in. I hope this album turns out as well as the last two.

And, unfortunately, unless a Christmas miracle hits me in the brain, I won't be able to contribute. Who knows, though? Maybe I can work on it in 2010 and it can be my submission for next year's album. :?

For those who I don't get to say it to, and of course everyone else, Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, and have a good Hannukah/Kwanza/something or other this year. May it be merry for everyone this year!

  3. Yep, a long, long time.

[/Larry has more info than you]

And now, class, this is an example of complete and utter obviousness that there is actually something going through.

I think I just multi-classed to Captain Obvious, holy crap.

  4. I'm not sure what exactly I walked into when this song got hold of my imagination, but I can sure say it made me happy.

This sounds extremely tight. The organ threw me for a bit, admittedly (I'm used to church organs), but when the clarinet came in, I was like, "Yeah, funky jazz... wait, what the heck?" In a good way, I assure you. Anyways, this made me dance, relax, and just all-around-wonder... not sure how else I can describe it. :D

  5. Of all the surprises... This was something unexpected but definitely not unwanted. The Windmill Theme (believe that's it in the beginning section) always made me want to dance and jump around and be merry (and generally annoying), but this... it makes me kind of sad. Like there's a person that this song is about and she's just died.

Nice, epic feel, and a very good job on a source (among many) that has yet to leave my conscious brain.
