I couldn't see any stylistic requirements but I can make a symphonic deathmetal-ish interpretation of the Final Battle. I'll try to get a short bit done and you can see what you think about the direction im thinking of taking it.

Norwegian black metal, damn it! Any kind of genre combo is allowed that has the action and pace of the originals still intact inside of it. Just make sure theres guitars or me and ze judges will most likely deny it. And dont forget: 30-60 sec samples at most. Preferably around 45 so you can build up and show where you want to take your rendition of the song. Looking forward to some interest from the internet VG remix pros ;D

Project is completed. Going to start working on the special OCremix version, just in case liontamer and teh other folks in charge approve it.

Project is at 92.5% and CotMM has generously crafted another fine ambient track.

most of the songs are actually at the same bpm as the originals + 1. but they're not as dark as the originals, but if we did that, then they would be waaay too close to the originals to be considered remixes. they'd just be covers then.
