Help with wacom tablet!!!
WolfenAmphithere replied to WolfenAmphithere's topic in General Discussion
My tablet has a light too, but it's blue when the tablet's plugged in, and green when the pen touches it. The light's not coming on at all... I don't think it's receiving power ;-; -
Help with wacom tablet!!!
WolfenAmphithere replied to WolfenAmphithere's topic in General Discussion
I haven't tried uninstalling the current ones, but it doesn't seem to work on any other computer either. Every other time I've plugged it in on a computer without the drivers, it's worked, but hasn't had the pressure feature. Basically it worked as a normal mouse. It's not moving the cursor at all on any computer ;-; -
Okay, so I'm not much of a musician-- I express myself through my visual art! But now my Wacom Tablet broke suddenly! It was perfectly fine, and then I brought my tablet and computer downstairs from my room to the kitchen, and it wouldn't work! See more here: http://wolfenamphithere.deviantart.com/journal/25694701/ I doubt most people on this site are artists, but surely a bunch of you are good with computers?! What should I do?

I don't know how to sort them in order of time, but the number of remix is in the URL... sorting them would be a nice feature, though... EDIT: I just realized that the URL numbers actually go higher than the number of ReMixes. I'll bet it's probably due to the remixes that have been taken down for various reasons. So ignore this post. EDIT 2: I also just figured out that you can type the number you need into the url. 1700 is http://www.ocremix.org/remix/OCR01700/ (from Ookami, if the link doesn't show up...)

I feel so stupid right now... maybe I'm computer challenged or it's because I have a Mac... but I can't seem to get these torrents to work... I'm probably not even doing this right O_o I clicked the link... it downloaded some file... I clicked that, it opened opera (which I don't even think I have, which is weird in itself-- I can't find it anywhere in my finder), and it said something about a transfer. but nothing seemed to happen. A folder suddenly (and immediately) showed up in my downloads folder, with 241 remixes, but the number didn't change, and no new remixes were added. the whole time, the progress bar said 0%, and it didn't seem to be doing anything anywhere else in the window: everywhere indicated that opera wasn't doing anything at all. I'm really confused. How is a program that's not on my computer suddenly downloading almost 250 files, yet not doing anything at all?! Did I miss something here?

You know, I've been thinking... I don't recognize the music from the actual game at all... it's true I only managed to play all the way through once, but you'd think something like this would stick out to me more than just as the other remix on this site of the same song (Drift) ... Is it only on the Sega CD version or something? I played the Genesis version...

How big is YOUR game collection?
WolfenAmphithere replied to WolfenAmphithere's topic in General Discussion
I've regretted every decision to get rid of a game. I've had to go out and get most of them a second time XD I'm obviously really low on the list of how many games I have, according to you guys, but considering my mom was reluctant to let me have video games until I was eight, and I'm 19 now, and I don't have my original system anymore (Sega Genesis), that means the games I've counted were mostly collected in the last... 9 years? Save for one or two DOS games (Commander Keen I and IV) Hmmm... a lot of you seem to use this Backloggery thing... maybe I should get one? -

haha how do you guys store that many games? XD my mom would freak if I had that much... -
So I was wondering... on a site full of gaming geeks, who has the most video games currently? Don't count ones you may have sold, lost, or given to a friend, whatever. DO count all the games you may have downloaded on virtual console (or something similar), emulators, and all the games on discs/cartridges that have more than one game (like collections, etc. ) My total: 68 Systems included: NES, SNES, GEN, N64, GCN, Wii, GBC, GBA, DS, DOS, PC lol I have more games than my boyfriend XD (by quite a lot, actually)

Would it be possible someday to...?
WolfenAmphithere replied to WolfenAmphithere's topic in Site Issues & Feedback
yeah I kind of figured that was the case... but still, and OCR app would be awesome -
Make some sort of app for the iPhone or iPod that would allow direct download of ReMixes onto them? Or maybe some way to download directly from the site? Dunno if that would even work for the way the iPod/iTunes is set up, just a thought. Wouldn't need to be anytime soon, either. Just had that idea last night, maybe it was this morning. Time is so messed up right now XD

Artists for Flash Flash Revolution
WolfenAmphithere replied to Klowd1661's topic in General Discussion
Oh, I thought you were looking for flash artists when I first saw the title XD whoops! (but I'm not the greatest in flash, anyway...) -
Hmmm, they don't seem to have Halo, but I'll keep looking. thanks

Anyone know a good Halo emulator for the Mac, that will allow me to use the data I could bring over from my old Windows laptop? (I don't think it's on my computer right now, but it's easy enough to get my old game data...)

I downloaded the ReMix "Dark World Prelude and March" by Jaroban (LoZ:ALttP) quite a long time ago, but I had completely forgotten about it until today, because I've never been able to play it in iTunes. HOWEVER, it does play in Quicktime player, and did on Windows Media Player back when I had a PC. I've tried it on several computers I've owned, and it has NEVER worked in iTunes, (any version, as far as I can tell). Today, I decided to poke around my computer a bit again, looking for an answer, and when I came here to see if downloading it again (which I've tried before, never has worked). This time, however, I right clicked and hit "open in iTunes" and it finally showed up in the list, but the time column said "continuous", and it didn't play. Does anyone know why this might occur like that? Has anyone else even had that problem?
