    IIRC, it's just an autoexec.cfg file, right?

    Just drop it into your steamapps/Random Tiger/team fortress 2/tf/cfg folder. If you already have an autoexec in there, you're going to have to overwrite it or append the contents in with notepad or something.

    It had some extra stuff that needed to be done in the launch settings of TF2 it seems.

    How do you load it?

    I just threw it in the CFG folder

    So, random story:

    I played some TF2 yesterday for the first time in like forever. There were about 6-8 people in the server, 2 of whom where nQa guys. We all agreed to do melee only, which was cool, but after about 2 or 3 kills, one of the nQa guys would start using other stuff, like uber charges, jarate, sentries, flare guns, etc. I'd ask them to stop and just do melee only, like we agreed. They went back to normal kills for about 3 min or so before they started adding "extracurriculars" again.

    Events like this are why I've never enjoyed playing with any of the nQa guys. They don't break the rules, and they don't grief, but they don't have good sportsmanship. It's just not fun to play with them.

    Though I'm not fan of the NQA guys, they didn't really have bad sportsmanship there.

    There are no strict rules with melee only.

    I threw up sentries in that match for lulz myself.

    Ugh, work as a team? You know what that means? Me neither, but it sounds dangerous.

    But fair warning, this is pretty powerful stuff. Characters don't even have eyes, although if that bothers you could probably turn them back on. With this I get from +60 fps to +80 fps at the lowest(highest jumps around 140 and stuff like that) consistently on some of the main maps. So it worked for me.

    60 fps!?!

    Oh man, I'm definitely trying this out.

    Though I cannot seem to figure out what to do with the file XD;

    Can I get me sum directions?

    Edit again: Alright so I loaded it up, and it does seem to have an effect on my FPS.

    Though I'm a little confused because in your videos, things don't look as hellishly bad as they do for me. Player models are all glossy and such. I dunno if I like how that looks, so I'll wait until later when we're actually playing a game to decide if I'm going to keep using it.

    And (going off-topic)why is playing Battle Medic such a big deal? Seriously, I've never understood this before coming from any server. Just because it's not the way the class was meant to be played doesn't mean it shouldn't be allowed. Could you be more productive as another class or by playing the class 'correctly'? Of course you could. Yet people get kicked for playing battle medic, at least on some servers (does that happen on OCR? I haven't noticed...). It's like people rage because someone went medic and isn't giving them the heals they feel they are entitled to. But anyway, enough of that.

    That's because some classes have an obligation to do their intended job.

    Engi's should be building sentries, and Medic's should be healing teammates.

    You want to deviate a bit? That's fine.

    But if I'm dying, and I run by a Medic that is choosing not to heal people, I'm going to be pretty pissed.
