  1. *Bows Low* I stand very much corrected then. I thought I'd heard all of the KOF XIII soundtrack, but I have been mistaken. This IS, in fact, a rendition of Goodbye Esaka that I had not heard before, so thank you for bringing it to my attention. I retract my earlier statement and am grateful you took the time to address the issue. My statements on the awesomeness of your remix, however, still stand, obviously.
  2. Wonderful track, and of one of my favorite songs from the KOF series, which has some awesome music (and is seriously under-represented on OC remix). Love Willrock's stuff. Though minor gripe. 'Goodbye Esaka' (the original track) was, as far as I'm aware, never featured in KOF XIII, and in fact, was one of the original tracks from KOF 2000. As far as I know, it's only ever been featured in that game, so to call this a KOF XIII remix is, essentially, inaccurate. And coming from a site all about videogame remixes, I'm a little disappointed that OCRemix staff would overlook a fact like this. But maybe I'm just being nitpicky. Still, I'd hate for people to look for this track and be looking under the wrong game. Although I will openly claim my error if someone proves me wrong on this. A quick search-just to be sure- seems to favor my argument, however.
  3. I for one really enjoy this one. It makes for a different take on the uses of the themes that comes out feeling very natural. Being one of my favorite themes, it has been done great justice. Only complaint is the overpowering bass between 1:29 and 2:05, but maybe that's just my headphones.
  4. Hi everyone, long time stalker first time member here. And when I say that I mean that I've been frequenting OCRemix for some time, but I only recently decided to join the forums. I'm a big fan of what takes place on this website and have been an enthusiastic listener of great music for some time. When djpretzel mentioned that he would like 2011 to be a year of unmixed games in his introduction and description of ilp0's newest Wild Guns remix, I just had to jump in and send this request to anyone interested. I have always enjoyed the SNK franchise and their fighters, and the music within those fighters (KOF, Fatal Fury and the like) has not received much attention at this site. Now, with many I can understand, as SNK usually takes it on themselves to remix and or cover their own music in official arranged soundtrack albums, but one game that even their own arranged album just didn't do justice was their fourth Fatal Fury game: Garou: Mark of the Wolves I would love to see what OCRemix artists could do with some of these tunes. Some of my favorites are (source material included): Sunrise on the Train http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFQR0Tp_hQQ&feature=related Too Honest http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kn9bAsAa0XE&feature=related Full Moon: Heartfelt http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hlaiTdStVGQ&feature=related Wilderness Police http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KmArJWNO7mc&feature=related There are many others, just look around for the game title on youtube. I humbly submit this request to you gifted artists (many of whom I am extremely jealous). It is a great game that deserves some attention IMHO.
