Aww thanks, glad you liked it Oh neat, you did an awesome job compiling the parts together, I never realized it was different takes. It's also impressive how coherent it sounds considering the spliced together sections and improvised nature of your composition process. The (left hand I think?) rhythmic part does sound a little too perfect at times but I think you get away with it as the dynamics make it sound a lot more natural and less sequenced.

I think my favorite thing about music is the way different parts interact with each other. For me, making music is like solving a puzzle where I have to figure out a way to put together different sounds so that they form a structure and compliment each other. I like how music is the sum of several parts and how these parts can sound rather plain on their own but when put together form something so rich and powerful.

Oh man, ditto though I'm a little more partial to square portamento leads.

I made a remix using samples from the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii system sounds as well as physical samples using the controllers, game cases and consoles themselves. Check it out if you like:

Hey all! I'm working on a series of N64 remixes using mostly the sfx samples to create a melody. I have 5 finished and up on youtube at the moment and am working towards an albums worth of tracks to release for free.
